False advertising of 19.95. I use a van for less than an hour and am charged $70. The guy who “helped” us just kept telling me to press buttons on the screen and didn’t describe what I was paying for. Just tells me to hit Accept when I see $58 of charges flash up on the screen. I was told my gas tank was at 3/4 of a tank but in reality was just over half a tank (but under 5/8 of a tank) yet when I return it (after filling it up myself to meet the EXACT SAME just over 1/2 a tank amount) I am STILL charged an extra almost $18 after I leave the place to “meet the 3/4 of a tank”. This is a scam. I will never rent from this uhaul location again.

Trailer was clean. All 4 tires were under inflated. One had a quarter sized slice on sidewall. Be sure to have the tires and other safety equipment inspected before you leave. Other than that, great trailer, great price.

Double check all equipment is in the van/truck. I had to wait for a dolly and there was only one rep working inside, I was only able to save time by stating that I just need a dolly, and the rep went to get one while the customer in front of me was paying.

I can understand being understaffed but try not to have an attitude when a customer asks why sensitive information is being photographed. I asked the general manager (who handled my reservation) why she was using her phone to photograph my identification and she said " no offense I dont want your information". This response was extremely unprofessional and speaks to her attitude and lack of skills. It is her job to explain why she is doing anything, that is my personal information and I have a right to know what shes doing and why. She lacks the ability to explain the company's protocol in a professional manner.

Have more employees working during prime hours. Saturday mornings is when most people move. Have someone perform a quality review of the uhaul and make sure everything the customer pays for online is actually in the truck when the customer arrives. Only rent the older trucks to customers that are moving within the same city or get rid of the older trucks. No one wants to deal with issues when they are traveling/moving long distances.

This is not a location issue, but a corporate issue. Computers freeze during check-in causing what should be a 10-15 minute process to an hour process. I used early check-in and still didnt help. Also, the inventory is off with the online you may or may not have what you reserved. Very poor business practice.

Horrible wait. No lock for back door. Wrong fuel reading, and worse of all I could not turn in the truck the night before because I do not have internet on my phone so had to turn in next morning to avoid the $20.00 penalty. If Ryder were still in business I would use them to avoid the abuse of the $20 fine; and I have use U Haul for 40 years

Pay more attention to the equipment going out the trailer I had and the trailer I revived are 2 different numbers on them I had trouble when I returned it to a different location and the manager wouldn't get on the phone she talked to me through her associate
