This location does not have enough employees to handle the volume of customer traffic in the store. The wait times are way too long. On this particular visit, I was given a truck with a broken rear door. It raised up partially for inspection, but wouldn't go up enough to load once we got to our loading destination (thankfully, it was only about 10 minutes away). I returned immediately but was told to wait in line behind the new customers to get the truck switched out. I wasted almost two hours on what should have been a 15-20 minute pick-up. The only reason I will continue to use this location is that they are the closest U-Haul rental with a wide selection of trucks and packing/moving materials.

Someone changed my drop off location twice spent two hours on the phone with constant being transferred to other depts. Even though u select "Help with my return" in the automated system. Was sent a text message link for lockbox code to drop keys that was an error message TWICE smh. Then after having enough of MY time wasted enough went to another open location, where it showed i went over mileage by 31.5 miles because the system showed to drop off at a location 31.5 miles away that i never selected. Total shit show and no help from multiple "CSR's" ultimately made it happen myself jumping through hoops because no one wanted to help over the phone, just waste two hours of my time passing the buck.....

The tank was on empty, first thing I had to do was get gas, I should be reimbursed. No one answers when you call this location.


I witnessed on break like conversation once inside, while outside at least 3 new trucks had arrived and lined up and the one before (me) was still in process. What can be done to improve for the next customer -position yourself, during any other activity other than direct customer service, in direct line of sight of potential customer activity and react instantly upon detection of a customer arrival. Be Professional At All Times.

The first truck I was given had the check engine light on... They put me in another truck and it was in REALLY bad condition. It idled VERY HIGH and made strange noises when I came to s stop. Plus it was jerking at times.


I got charged twice?


There was an additional $32.16 that has been changed to my card with no explanation or invoicing. So what y'all stealing now?

To reduce the customer wait time. I waited for an 1 hr to collect the truck and about 30min while returning it.

Tire pressure issues... And u could feel as u drove. Gas not correctly logged... When returned black guy tried to question me & make it seem like I was a lie about gas gauge being wrong until I what???? PULLED OUT MY PHONE... Lol Record everything ppl. Even recorded he tried to say (I dont know when that could have been taken) Until I What???? Showed the Info about video... Try that crap on another. NOT ME.

It was my first time renting a uhaul so it was new to me. Everyone was nice checking in and on the phone. As soon as I returned the truck there was a guy that was there cleaning was very rude I was asking him questions like I said it was new to me so I asked him questions and he would give me smart answers and being rude when I was ask a question. Someone needs to address this

Great location and helpful staff! They helped me unhook the auto transporter and leave it there while I returned the truck on a different day. Everything went smooth.

It didn't do me much good to check-in online when I chose "go into the store to pick-up". The info I entered had to be re-verified. The blankets I requested were not ready so I also had to wait for those, as well. The no-personal-contact pick-up made the truck condition verification take longer. I was almost late to the pick-up appointment I had rented the truck for. Perhaps you need more warnings on needing more time for this process at booking. I requested a 15' truck because I needed 15' of length and your trailers were only 12'. It appeared to be 12' if you don't count the cab room. I think this truck needs to be renamed.
