I should get a discount for having a truck that has issues with the rack and pinion steering was scary and also the gate. When returning the truck they knew the gate has issues and kept getting stuck and was unable to pull down. I was actually going to return it like that but after multiple attempts I managed to lower the gate. The gentle man stated they are going to put that truck down. If this was anyone else and had that truck loaded they was not gonna be able to lower the gate. Luckily I’m very hands on and had my crew help. Took 3 men to lower the gate.

I booked a truck at another location but when I arrived there it wasn’t even open. Luckily I found another location easily and was able to book a truck at that moment. Downside is that I had to drive further from my home and paid more in mileage fees which was disappointing.

The representative at the U haul was very friendly and very helpful. He made sure we had the correct truck and correct gas in the truck before we left the facility.

The fleet needs to be upgraded. Truck was very uncomfortable and was hard to keep your lunch down because of the lack of the shock absorption.

When I picked my trailer, it smelled like horse manure. Whoever rented it before me was hauling animals, manure, or fertilizer. Disgusting. Despite my attempts to clean it, it still smelled like crap because I was moving furniture and clothing. Extremely annoying.

The only issue I had was with the condition of the truck. The side view mirror needed tightening as it kept dropping making visibility impossible unless I stopped, got out of the vehicle and re-adjusted. The suspension was terrible as when I hit a bump, it felt like I was hitting a brick wall.

your employees should introduce the lowest cost truck,and the associated insurance. The eventual cost is far exceeding my budget. In seconds your employee hand over the truck key, but it took close to 10 min to check the returned truck.

the staff was very professional and helpful. the truck was exactly as expected and very clean. and I had the dolly and the furniture covers as ordered. Plus I learned more about u-hauls pricing for other types of trucks which I will need. Couldn't have been any better

The truck was clean BUT, it should be retired or repaired ASAP. first the wood tie bars in the front of the box were not attached to the wall and basically useless. As soon as I hit my first bump the engine light went on. Last but not least the suspension is non existent. Simply loading the truck was an issue as any movement inside the box caused the truck to shake violently as if we were in a hurricane. Driving it when loaded was painful to the cargo and driver. Any bump regardless of size caused the truck to bounce dramatically as if I was riding a pogo stick. It should be pulled from the line and repaired or put down.

I have rented several trucks from this location over the past 2 years and have always received the best service from the staff at this location. The trucks have been in good to excellent condition and the check in and out were handled quickly and professionally. I couldn't recommend Jericho more highly.

It was quick and easy to pick up the truck we rented. The truck was clean and had supplied like blankets to use on the items we were moving in the truck. The truck return was quick, friendly and there were no hidden costs.

Took a long time ,my appointment was 4 10 am and I didn't leave till 230. 1 hour of that time was work on 1 st car. Your appointments should b 4 when a guy is available 2 work on my car.

That storage place is a rip off the units are extremely small that location is not for furnitures the lady told me it’s like a two bedroom when I go there the unit small I had to get two different units she even told me the ceilings are tall nothing goes like that she mislead me n I’m so angry I named out on the phone all what I have n the lady said it will fit this is ridiculous thy need to stop telling lies to the customers

The staff was very helpful, both for storage and trailer. The issue was a terrible smell coming from somewhere in my row. When I first came, it was strong smell of urine or sour wet pet smell. The odor lingered the entire month, and even seeped into the fabrics of my unit. Many of my belongings now smell this way. For this reason, I would not recommend this location. May i suggest contacting other owners to inspect their units,as its probably coming from a unit.

Everything about this storage facility is great barring the fact that the storage facility has a very odd smell, especially when it's hot out. Also, I'm not 100% sure it's actually climate controlled. Beyond that, it was a fine experience. The people who work there are very kind and helpful.

Clean, well maintained. There is limited parking space in this facility, which is inconvenient: a trailer is parked in the parking space in front of the entrance to the storage units, only one person can unload at a time, limited space to wait with your vehicle

Found mice droppings all over our stuff and when we told the employee his reply was yeah thanks. We were not offered an adjustment for canceling our storage mid month.

The storage unit that I used started to smell like mold and mothballs. I left several messages with management and they never called me back. I would like a credit of one or two months. I have used the storage facility for over 10 years and I’ve spent well over $25,000. I looked back and it was obviously a tremendous waste of my money. The contents of my storage unit was may be valued at about $1000, so paying 25 times that makes no sense.

I just wish the person checking me in would have put my correct address in. I corrected him when he put the wrong address in and he said "it doesn't matter." Well the print out had the incorrect address on it and I imagine it does matter. So I corrected it myself on my online profile.

Not sure I would recommend to a friend because the parking lot is small. Many times when I was there to move items in and out, there were hitches parked in front of the doorway.

If I could give this facility 0 Stars I would. Reserved lower level storage unit that they gave to someone else who reserved after me. Dirty facilities. Nasty manager said “Don’t give her anything.”
