Barbara BIf you reserve equipment with your rental like hand trucks or furniture dollies it should be in the vehicle your renting. You shouldn't have to load your own equipment.

clarence oThe agent on site was very rude. When I arrived, she was sitting in one of the trucks talking on her cell phone. I went inside the portable building to see if anyone could help, but it was empty. Walked back to my truck, then the lady started walking to the building. She passed right by me and didn’t say a word. I then went back to the building where she went and she still didn’t talk to me. She was still on her cell phone talking to someone that might have been one of her friends. It was clearly not a business call. Finally she asked me what my name was. It was just not professional . Very rude. After I returned the truck later that day, she accused me of not returning a dolly, which I most certainly did. All in all, it was not a very good experience.

David NThe staff was courteous and I appreciated being reimbursed for the oil I had to purchase after the vehicle's low oil sensor came on. My experience overall was pretty good, and I'd rent from this place again. However, the location's entrance was difficult to find with no clear signage. Upon starting my vehicle, the radio was on full blast, which gave me the impression that the vehicle was not fully checked or prepared before pickup. Improved signage and better pre-rental inspections would make a big difference.

Mercides COverall I had a great experience. My only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is because my particular rental the battery seemed weak. When the turning the key the truck would pause then start. Otherwise very great experience, would rent from Uhaul again.

John PI was a little confused by the online ordering but went there the day before and the owner assisted me and actually got me the truck size I wanted and was there early the next day to insure I had everything since I had to enter a military base. I appricate the extra effort and her attention to make everything a smooth transaction especially since we were working in the window between the two Kona Low storms that were a nightmare on the island.

That's my only complaint about this location.. But it's by far the Best U haul on the Island!! They're just hard to reach!! Lol!!

Since my last awesome Aloha experience at this location last month, I’ve decided that this location will be my only U-Haul location for any future trips. Everyone that i spoke with on phone “here” as well as in person: shares tge awesome Aloha 🤙🏝️🌈🌊 experience and this location employees truly deserve monetary rewards for being so remarkably awesome 😎. I’m a small business owner who needs more awesome people like this location experiences when I need to rent U-Haul equipment. This is “Da Spot” one of my businesses is my signature food prep & i will likely swing by for Free plates of some fresh organic vegetables meats fish etc as another way to show my extreme amazement of how aware each employee here is recognized how sincerely awesome 😎 it is too be in Aloha spirit type atmosphere here in our Hawaiian 🌺 Islands, especially with how many places around our earth 🌍 🌎 🌏 things are not always so awesome 😎. Svetlana BMorning staff was AMAZING. Afternoon staff also AMAZING. You guys made helping out my sister with her move SO MUCH EASIER. No hiccups with anything throughout the day. Vehicle was super clean! Only thing was that I couldn’t find in the app any guidance on how much gas to buy to get the original level. Spent $50 on gas and that is probably by U-Hauls design. The model is charge people for not getting back to 5/8th a tank, give them no accessible guidance on getting back to exactly that level, don’t reimburse when they fill the tank. Staff and location were amazing though!

mahelani nOverall it was a very good experience. Only one issue was the van I rented had the check engine light on when I started it up. I let the rep know and she said the van was just serviced so the van was okay despite the check engine light being on. I ended up using the van and didn’t have any problems with the van.

Heide KI was improperly charged for a gallon of gas when I returned the van with more gas than I left with. That was disconcerting. Other than that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and quick and the vehicle performed just fine.
