Morning staff was AMAZING. Afternoon staff also AMAZING. You guys made helping out my sister with her move SO MUCH EASIER. No hiccups with anything throughout the day. Vehicle was super clean! Only thing was that I couldn’t find in the app any guidance on how much gas to buy to get the original level. Spent $50 on gas and that is probably by U-Hauls design. The model is charge people for not getting back to 5/8th a tank, give them no accessible guidance on getting back to exactly that level, don’t reimburse when they fill the tank. Staff and location were amazing though!

mahelani nOverall it was a very good experience. Only one issue was the van I rented had the check engine light on when I started it up. I let the rep know and she said the van was just serviced so the van was okay despite the check engine light being on. I ended up using the van and didn’t have any problems with the van.

Heide KI was improperly charged for a gallon of gas when I returned the van with more gas than I left with. That was disconcerting. Other than that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and quick and the vehicle performed just fine.

Roy MMobile pick up was easy. Agent at site was friendly and helpful. Had a problem w/ photos saving at pickup. She was good at assisting me and said it was ok, my reservation was good. Thought I had reserved van til 8:30pm. But received a call that return was due at 4:30pm. The time was already passed: Caller said I would need to reserve for a second day. I didnt need it for a 2nd day and my husband was not happy about the additional charge for 2nd day. I chatted live with a rep using the mobile app named Lisa. She was very kind and understood my situation. She extended my rental til 8:30pm and said there was no additional payment showing for extension. What a relief. I was so grateful. Returned an hour before the time of return. Return was very easy. This was our first experience at this location. Will rent again.

Ruta aLadies in office didnt seem that they enjoyed their job much. Advised over the phone that cash payment was accepted. When we arrived female in office said "oh we dont do cash payments. From $53.00 now to an additional 21.00 charge for who knows what. Truck was used 4 hours and we even put gas but as it states on receipt we paid for the mileage. They definitely need to give proper information especially if people are using self service!!!!
