STEVEN RYou send out too many emails and texts after the vehicle is picked up. I got 5 emails and 3 texts. I completely missed the text about taking pictures of the van. Then when I did notice it the link had expired.

JENNIFER SI was so pleased with the truck I rented. It was a 10 foot box truck. It was practically brand new. It only had 288 miles on it. It was very easy to drive with plenty of power and surprisingly good gas mileage.

KENNETH RGreat customer service. Young man at the counter was very welcoming which is rare these days. I use this location as much as possible when I need a haul because of how easy the process is and how friendly the staff is.
BRANDI EThe gentleman at the counter was very kind and helpful. However, the individual who met me at the drop-off point was unclear in their instructions and did not check in my equipment until the following day. I was also told that I should not have pulled up to the stop sign that says “All equipment rentals stop here,” and instead should have pulled into the middle of the parking lot — which I found a bit confusing.

DIANA GCheck the batteries, check customers back in correctly. The truck died out on me and I had to call roadside, it put me off my schedule. The roadside team said my reservation was extended 24 hours, but I was still charged an extra day, possibly because they didnt check my truck completely back in until 5 minutes past the return time on the extension. I went ten miles less than estimated, cleaned out the bed, and filled the gas above what i got it at. Glad i took pictures. Apparently I'll hear back from customer service in 1-3 business days.

LUIS CEverything went very smoothly with our Ubox rental and all UHaul employees were exceptionally helpful to us. The only improvement we would suggest is on the delivery end in Oregon - the boxes arrived in the area on time but someone had to come from 3 hours away to drive the truck to deliver them to our house. That resulted in them getting to our house very late in the day, well past the delivery window, which was a little frustrating for us.

I appreciated being able to park my regular car at U-Haul while I rented the pick-up truck for 5 hours. The staff, both when I went in to get the rental vehicle and when I returned the rental vehicle, were helpful, professional, and polite. I also am grateful that U-Haul is open 7 days a week and for full days. I needed to take care of this when my other plans fell through and I couldn't take days off of work. Thank you very much.

KOSSI HI rent trucks 7-8 times/year at various locations in Maryland and Virginia. This location is absolutely the best. Dennis is super friendly/ competent/efficient, the trucks are always clean, and check-in/check-out always goes smoothly.

Colin CThe service was terrific, the employees friendly and helpful and the trailer clean and well-maintained. The location is a little hard to find, but this is because the Rockville City government will not let the company put up any signs directing customers to their location behind an office building in a commercial area. This anti-business mindset is typical of Montgomery County and the reason why I was renting a trailer...to flee Montgomery County for North Carolina!
Glenn NI found trash in the back of the driver's seat and a soda bottle in the glove compartment. In addition, the truck I received was/is an obsolete vehicle. The rental truck did not have power windows, power side mirrors nor heated. I was caught in a hailstorm in VA and a thunderstorm in NC and the windshield wipers did not work properly. I had to pull over and wait out the storms. I strongly recommend you do not rent out this truck. It is a safety issue. Overall, the originating facility was/is excellent. Outstanding customer service. Oustanding professionalism on the part of the agent who assisted me. He is definitely an asset to your organization and you should look into promoting him to management because someone with such customer service skills should be able to teach others.
