JOHN MI have rented several pieces of equipment from this location since we were building a new home in SW Florida. Never had a bad experience.
THOMAS DThe 15' truck that I rented was horrible. The truck jerked along and did not want to shift (possible transmission problem). The RPMs had to go almost to 4,000 before shifting occurred. The steering was very loose! I had to keep both hands on the wheel and maintain a lot of strength to keep the steering straight. Also, the shift lever (on the steering column) had lots of play in it. This was all witnessed by a friend who went with me. We were concerned that we would even make the round trip without a breakdown. This truck needs serious mechanical attention.

MARK KWas disappointed that the car dolly was not usable due to prior customer, wheel strap was unable to free spool loose, please check such equipment that is usable, required a second trip to trade in dolly for a usable one, staff readily accommodated me but still an extra trip
MELVIN CDon’t know why couldn’t get the car Dolly. Have seen lots of jeeps Cherokee’s towed with them.

AUGUST ROther than their computer not running smoothly at pickup , everything else was fine.
James CTruck leaked causing major damage to a hugh painting we were moving! Reported upon return of truck, at 9am. associate couldn't have cared less...no interest or concern whatever! Hours spent on line trying to get thru to make claim.

brook bThe trailer was filthy. I had to sweep (an huge pile of junk) and use a tarp to cover the mud spread across the bottom. There was also a large hole in the bottom corner of the unit. Not impressed.

JOHN KThis team was amazing, there was a bubble in one of tires that was noticed after I got done loading the trailer and they got it fixed for me and back on the road very quickly!

Jessica rOnline check in was very difficult and time consuming and when I arrived my keys weren't ready for pickup so I had to have the online person help me which took forever and I lost almost an hour of moving time while waiting. Which I was still charged for.
Jacob WU haul needs to streamline the process. Way to long even if you do all the registration up front it still takes 20-30 minutes of waiting. Returns are quick and easy. So kudos for that but picking up had lots of waste
David CEverything was fine except I accidentally left a headboard in the back which I intended to toss in dumpster on way and forgot bc I was also taking kids to airport as well and I got charged for it.
TAMARA KThe employees were friendly but I was given a truck with electrical problems including a battery issue causing the battery needing to be replaced and key/ignition issues causing the dash and cab lights/electronics to remain on even when the vehicle ignition was in the off position. The maintenance set me back nearly 2 hours in my itinerary. The maintenance folks were friendly and courteous.

DANIEL SDropped off the truck at 5pm as scheduled. Waited until after 6 to get checked out. Something that should have taken 5 minutes. There was only 1 great employee in there doing his best(ross?) You guys REALLY need to have more than 1 staff member working at a time. There were half a dozen people waiting for almost an hour. This was unacceptable

MARK KThe motorcycle trailer was perfect for my needs , easy to pull behind my denali, but not so small you couldn’t see it in the mirrors, felt stable with my bike on it , and the ramp was a good angle for even my sport bike with low ground clearance.

ANGELA SBe more through when maintaining trucks. This one was a shit show. Steering wheel wasn't straight and it bounced like a tire/driveshaft/driveline component was unbalanced. Because of the severity of the bounce a bookcase and a desk I enjoyed were destroyed by the continuing ossliation.

MARK KThe app was very difficult to use for the drop off process. We had several issues trying to move past the upload photos to get to the next step We made contact with the site manager after hours and dropped the keys in the drop box
Sarah GThe Kokomo location is understaffed for a weekend. I arrived at 1:15. Took about 45 minutes to get checked in and I was the first person in line. Then when the storage unit was found to be too small to get a queen bed through. I had to wait another hour before for help but was never helped. At this point the I needed to turn the truck in before 5 and it was almost 3. I decided to just book a different storage unit elsewhere. You need more than one person on the weekends!! Absolutely ridiculous. I felt bad for the dude working but at the same time just help one person at a time.
