Desiree provided excellent service. She was very patient and understanding of an elderly client. She remained friendly and enthusiastic during the entire rental of the truck and storage unit. You all should really look into fixing your questions so that customers can choose multiple answers for questions one and two.

Customer service is the pits here. The European male that works here is very racist and forced me to purchase the insurance for the vehicle after I informed him that I have personal insurance that covers my rental. I already had paid for the rental via the app and checked in and was only inside to retrieve the keys, this is then when I was forced to purchase the insurance because he was refusing to give me the keys without purchasing it. 30 minutes after returning the vehicle I realized that I forgot my charger and went back to retrieve it. The two young ladies informed me that the manager must have thrown it away. Terrible customer service, beautiful facility but the people here are the pits.

Ratchet built into trailer was seized up and I had to clean/use WD-40 to free it in order to use. Also pricing could be more clear as price increased a lot from what I was told online.

Tracy was very friendly and helpful. He also set up a 10x20 unit for our overflow contents which was an easy process. When we were loading our contents into the new unit, he drove his golf cart by to be sure everything was as we expected and if we needed anything else. Above and beyond service - would definitely recommend this location for drop-off or storage unit rental. Great Job Tracy!

The truck got stuck. I purchased the safe move. I called U-Haul and they wanted 450 to get it unstuck. Then after all that they charge 20 for a gallon of gas. Please use another company or location.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and polite. 10 of 10 for the staff! The truck was a bit worn and had some lights on the dash showing need of some work, but it made the drive back and forth and was functional. It also needs a new paint job badly.

I had an outstanding experience with U-Haul Storage. The staff was absolutely excellent — professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a team that’s both efficient and personable, but this location delivers. I truly appreciate the level of customer service they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage solutions handled the right way.

The Customer Service lady secretary in the Lake City office that works for Lake City Florida office. She was super super nice very very intelligent very informative on her job. She is very kind. She helped us with everything with getting the storage room and getting the truck and I am very thankful to work with this brand new company There in Lake City Florida. It is been a great great experience and I will. I will be a referring everybody to go to this facility.

L.C. was EXTREMELY helpful to me. He has excellent interpersonal skills. He went way above and beyond what is expected of him to help us get into our storage unit. There should be more L.C.'s in the world.
