Not a bad experience but definitely not as welcoming, friendly, polite or helpful as the place I rented the trailer from.

PATRICIA GThe truck got stuck. I purchased the safe move. I called U-Haul and they wanted 450 to get it unstuck. Then after all that they charge 20 for a gallon of gas. Please use another company or location.

It’s rare these days to find a team that’s both efficient and personable, but this location delivers. I truly appreciate the level of customer service they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage solutions handled the right way.
