TIMOTHY HScammers and poor customer service. Tried to charge me extra for "after hours" return. The rep was aware that I was returning it after they close, never mentioned an extra fee. I filled it up with fuel before returning it, to the same level when it was picked up. Wasn't much, only drove 20 miles. Still charged me for fuel. Will not be using them again and I am moving my daughter to college this summer, moving to Orlando. Will be renting a truck elsewhere. Will spread the word to others.
Jack MI experienced multiple issues with my rental. Your website provided an incorrect address, forcing me to drive an additional 20 minutes to a different location. Once there, I had to wait over 50 minutes due to a line of four people. At pickup, I was told I could use the app for after-hours drop-off, but when I tried, the app did not offer any drop-off option. On top of that, the final rental cost was almost double the estimate originally provided on your website.

Shan LDrop off process was horrible. Told me I couldn’t drop off the trailer so I went back home to get my trailer hitch and personal vehicle to pull the trailer back. Tried calling U-Haul again and by the time I got all the way back home they said yes I could drop off there. What should have took 20 minutes turned into 2 hours and like $30 in gas. Then because the gas level was like 10 miles to E less than pickup I get charged extra which was from going back and forth to my house because of what U-Haul said. I have used U-Haul for every move I’ve done from military to college and will no longer be using them. Will just buy my own trailer.

Najji GWhen I got the vehicle I drove it to my house two miles away and never got over 40 mph. After getting fully loaded and getting to the interstate, I discovered that the seal had a hole in it. Very noisy and aggrivating. When you gave the vehicle fuel, it makes a loud whining noise. It was so loud that I couldn't even talk on the phone or listen to the radio. It was truly a 18 hour miserable trip.
