Notice extra charges on my credit card which made me call the location only to find out they hadn't checked in the truck. The truck was later found buried on their lot.

When I closed out one unit, it closed out my other unit also. I had so sign back up again. They were going to charge me insurance again. I have to go back up there to get it straightened back out. Hopefully, I can get into the facility w/out setting off any alarms. Every time that I try to get in my card doesn’t work so I have to go get help. I’m very frustrated.

The passenger mirror set was extremely loose! Had to stop at a Uhaul place to have it tightened and lost precious time. The beverage holders were a dirty, sticky mess! The box of the truck was clean. The guy who was the manager? Was more interested in talking on the phone than taking care of his customers. More time wasted.

When I dropped off the tailer -- It was after hours. It was a little unclear where to dropoff my trailer. I left worried I dropped off in the right location. Perhaps have a QR code linking to a short video which shows where to drop trailers and trucks? >> Where the personnel helpful question is irrelevant. I dropped off after hours and had no encounters with any personnel.

When I returned the truck nobody was there to check out the vehicle. I cleaned it and still was charged for cleaning. When I called to discuss it the person used unprofessional language. Gave excuses why nobody was out there. I've never had to kind of experience with any other location. I will still use U-Haul but not at this location.

The truck had over 99,000 miles.The associate told me it had a back up camera. It did not or he didn’t take time to show me. Just thought for a brand new facility the trucks would be better. Everything else was okay.

I visited the store several days before to ask about the rental of a Storage Unit and a truck. Juan assisted me by explaining what was available, pricing and Unit locations and with the reservation. He was professional and very friendly. A great asset to the company.

I met with the Front Desk team at 730 am. I was told that they didn't have the dolly I ordered but gave me a refridgerator dolly in its place. I purchased two boxes but the were not provided. I received a link to take pictures but didn't realize I had the text until I got to the loading area but the link expired. I feel the Front Desk should make sure you got the link and go over the truck with you. Thank you

The unit was of the older ones available which was disappointing. It was also incredibly heavy so I left it hooked up the whole time. The two employees were very helpful.

The rental did not have my blankets or dolly when I picked it up. Huge issue since I had to return next day and could not load truck until next day in 100’degree heat. I was supposed to get reimbursed and didnt. I had to call and speak to manager.

I had a seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location. All of their equipment was in really nice condition and for the most part from what I could see fairly new. The staff was excellent as well.

I completed the online registration process prior to pickup and then had to repeat the process at check-in. Seems redundant. Also as part of the online registration process, I had to provide an alternate contact, then when checking in to pickup the vehicle I was asked for another one. Why duplicate the process. UHaul should emulate other car rental companies who have streamlined the process. Check out Hertz.

The facilities are top-notch. I was very happy with the experience and would recommend them to my neighbors.

No one explained anything to me when I picked up the truck. I went online and secured the vehicle for $69. When I picked it up suddenly the 69 turned to $210. When I dropped it off, I used a quarter tank drove 116 miles and my bill went to $375. No one explained that they would charge $5.50 per mile plus a $30 service fee. On top of that, it says in writing that if there is a quarter tank or more, you will not be charged a service fee. However, because I didn’t take a picture they claimed I used 18 gallons of fuel. Which means the vehicle gets 6.4 miles to the gallon, which is absurd by any measure. I will never use U-Haul again. This is the classic bait and switch.

The door had clearly been bent at one point and because of that it did not seal the cab was extremely loud. In addition I paid twice as much as what I was told, I would pay

The equipment was clean and the service personal were very helpful but the truck was in poor shape with bad brakes, multiple damage points, and must have been in need of a tune up as we only put 34 miles on it and put in 5 gallons of gas but we were charged an additional $34.50 for fuel over that amount indicating the lightly weighted truck was getting only 1-2 miler per gallon. Would not rent a 26' truck from uhaul again as they do not perform as well as trucks that we have rented from penske

Clean, modern facility. Agents were very helpful. They have a nice drop off station, but I was asked to pull the trailer to the trailer lot, back it up, then the agent unhooked the trailer.

I can't rate this location other than it was convenient and the staff was easy to work with, but the trailer I used to haul my pickup had absolutely no brake fluid. Which we did not discover this until dropping the trailer off in Bangor.

Front of Truck was covered in dead love bugs - all across the grill, windshield and storage above truck cab. Looked terrible. Was told it was best truck they could give us - but plenty of newer, clean trucks on lot. Facility is nice and new but I was disappointed in the truck. Had 114,000 miles and had vibrations any speed faster than about 65 on highway.

I pulled into the drive right before closing time. Got out of the truck and rushed up front to the doors because it was poring rain and the doors was locked. Also I think it would be smarter to move the key drop off box to under an awning so your customers are not being soaked while putting the key in the drop box.
