GARY DReturning the U-Haul was extremely difficult. The system was down and when I downloaded the application, it wasn’t easy going through the multiple various steps. When getting the U-Haul the guy at the front desk was very nice and very helpful, giving stars to him not our u-haul experience. Price was also higher than expected.

Tya NI was charged almost 17$ for gas refill. I received the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas (I have photo proof). I didn’t go back inside to dispute it because I already had to go back and forth inside the building and the huge lot because the truck given to me had another truck in front of it and I couldn’t get it out. I was already late to my appointment and the uhaul location was making it nearly impossible for me to leave in a timely manner, despite being the first and only customer there for a while. Also, it was freezing cold outside. Going back and forth again and again and then now having to do it again for the gas tank being different from what was said on the paper given to me. I’d never come back to this location again. Scammy behavior whether intentional or not. I tried being patient throughout but this location tested me. Please give me a refund. Thank you.

JENNIFER MIf there's a system error and you can't pull up the reservation, the onus should not be on the reserver to pull things up on the app, the store should call the HQ because they can override the system and pull up the reservation

Brittany JThe truck we were initially given was parked in but it didn't matter because the code to get the keys didn't work. We had to go inside and speak with the service agent who was helpful but was buys working with other customers for 15 mins. She also forgot to give us some of the items we ordered so we had to go back in after picking up the truck.
Emma WI ended up using this location after finding the keybox empty at my chosen location. An employee apparently forgot to do that. While the 2nd location was very efficient, the first one leaves a lot to be desired as it delayed my move by over an hour.

LAWRENCE HThe owner can start by training her employees so they give out helpful and ACCURATE information to customers instead of the attitude she gave me. If that’s the “leadership” there, no wonder my experience was HORRIBLE. I will neither return to this Uhaul, nor recommend it to anyone - in fact I’ll do the opposite and tell everyone to avoid this location… unless of course they like attitude form the very people/ owners they’re supporting, then it’s perfect. They also need to clean their vans, looks like it had been a while, and it stunk like an ashtray - gave me a headache it was so disgusting. Never again.

BRIANA AI believe I was overcharged for 4 hours use of a truck, $178.00. Because I couldn't pick up and drop off the truck in the same location, they really socked it to me. I could be wrong, but it seems like a lot to pay for 4 hours when trucks are advertised starting at $19.95.
