LAWRENCE HThe owner can start by training her employees so they give out helpful and ACCURATE information to customers instead of the attitude she gave me. If that’s the “leadership” there, no wonder my experience was HORRIBLE. I will neither return to this Uhaul, nor recommend it to anyone - in fact I’ll do the opposite and tell everyone to avoid this location… unless of course they like attitude form the very people/ owners they’re supporting, then it’s perfect. They also need to clean their vans, looks like it had been a while, and it stunk like an ashtray - gave me a headache it was so disgusting. Never again.

Marcus RDavid was super friendly and great at explaining how to use the trailer. There me we were renting ended up having a flat tire before we left wing they were so quick to get it changed. We had a great experience at those location.

DANIEL SJust wanted to give a shout out to the guy that helped us with the trailer rental. He was kind enough to loan me the adapter that was needed/ that I didn't have, so I didn't have to purchase one. Didn't catch his name but he drives a Tundra! (Adapter on trailer)

Kevin KThe granddaughter was very rude and disrespectful of her grandmother - the clerk who was helping us. She brought out a not very professional response from her grandmother. Not that we blamed her. If she were my kid she would have been wopped up side the head!!

BRIANA AI believe I was overcharged for 4 hours use of a truck, $178.00. Because I couldn't pick up and drop off the truck in the same location, they really socked it to me. I could be wrong, but it seems like a lot to pay for 4 hours when trucks are advertised starting at $19.95.

SHEREE Kthat the mileage be correct in check out and check in, not what is anticipated mileage driven after pickup... i have a picture of the pickup and it did not reflect the mileage n the invoice. my camera did not get the mileage at turn in, however it was .5 and the invoice had a round mileage at the odometer. we traveled 6.5 miles. Did they drive an addition 1/2 mile to check it in?

Gary DGave me a truck that didn’t start, switched it out for a vehicle they said had half a tank of gas, and it barely had an eighth.i used the vehicle on a 2000 mile move, the fuel mileage was terrible, i feel there was something wrong with it.returning the truck was easy.

Brian FI rented a trailer frim Lakewood. U told them it will be returned that day . I got phone calls texts and Email stating Im in breach of contract. I returned the trailer less than 2 hours after U rented it. The man who wirks there unhooked the trailer and put it back. Why in the wirld didnt someone check ti see if the trailer was on their lit before sending me threatening messages?

PATRICIA SWas charged for 20 miles, when actual total was 12 miles. The fuel gauge was at 3/8 tank, returned with 1/4 tank. Was charged $47 dollars for 10 gallons. That math isn't mathing...... There is no way 1/8" of a tank was 10 gallons. Will go somewhere else next time.

RYAN FThe U-Haul van that we rented reeked of urine. The two people working there refused to help my wife and I. They instead demanded that we check in online and do all of the work on our phones, meanwhile they just sat there and stared at us while we did that. The only work they did was hand us the keys. At drop off, the lady outside told us that she couldn’t help us and we would have to do the drop-off procedures ourselves, which the online portal kept wanting me to download the app. I don’t need to download an app for a service I only use once a year or less. After I refused to do this, she finally said “that’s okay, you can just give me the keys”. It only took her five seconds to do this, why couldn’t she do that in the first place? I will never use U-Haul services because of this horrid experience.

LEO CThe person working at pick was helpful and pleasant.. The woman working at drop off was as rude and unhelpful as any person I’ve ever encountered in any service business ever. I will never use that location as long as she is employed there.
STEVEN DThe initial truck I was assigned to would not start and the check engine light was on. Luckily, the customer service at this location was exceptional. They didn't want me to get stuck somewhere so assigned me a different truck. This one worked great. Only issue I had was that the app would not take pictures of the truck as all of them came out completely black with no image. Please improve the app to allow customers to add images from their phone instead of solely relying on the app for pictures.
