Ashley CVery poor, The lady didnt at the place was not trained on Uhaul returns. A few days later, Uhaul contacted me to let me know I needed to return the trailer but I had returned it a day early. Nobody at this location checked it and told Uhaul I had returned it.

John GGreat idea for the unload parking, but not great execution on the service side. Called 10+ times with no answer. When I got there, staff were seemed to chatting instead of working. Mixed bag on personnel: one young employee was rude and kind of aggressive, while an older lady was actually nice.

Trains-West RTruck wasn’t the cleanest and windows were very dirty and lots of bugs. Made it hard to see. Even inside side windows were filthy and not great visibility for 15 hour drive. People inside helping were great though.
Frank LThe woman checking us in at the end of the rental was aggressive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Yelled at us as we pulled in for not going the right way, yelled at us for not turning the engine off when we were trying to take a photo of the mileage, and then barked “open the hood!”, griped at us because someone tried to break into the U-Haul and then when I was having trouble with the app I kept trying to get her attention but she was talking to a friend in a car dropping off her lunch. When I went inside to try and get someone a little more helpful, she came and said “what is the problem?” I showed her the app and she barked a me again that I was doing it wrong. At this point I was very frustrated and I said “can’t you just help us return this fucking truck?” Which I should t have said but that really set her off. FYI everyone else we dealt with at this location were lovely. Not sure what was going on with her but not awesome for customer service.
Heidi CAll was ok. Not really u-haul fault. It’s the evil capillaries. Why should I be paying a “safe trip” fee, when I pay the insurance to cover me when anything goes wrong? Just a thought. & yea So gag me with a FEE! But, how would ANYONE HUMAN know or care AND am I even telling this to a HUMAN. I wouldn’t know. Barely found one when I was returning the van. Poor girl, she was the only person on the property. Is probably why I picked the van up dirty in the first place. It is sad the we humans are letting this happen to us. Sorry that I noticed, I missed the checking out of the van, taking the photo of the license plate, whatever else I missed , etc. I’m not used to the smart phone auto bot stuff. I think it needs to be turned off. I feel for your employee. She didn’t look healthy. It’s the stress. I’m not kidding. And if there is anyone human out there and cared, somebody should check in and pay attention to her. I mean someone should really care.

bridget pPricing is deceptive. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me get a truck, then when I returned it, the person working the yard ignored me completely. The person inside told me that even though it was normal business hours, could I use the self check in as she was too busy to help me. I do not recommend this location.

Daniel GStaff didn’t come out to meet when we drove in. Sign said staff would come out and after waiting a few minutes I walked in to get them. They were hanging out talking at the desk. Directed us to back the trailer in; we weren’t comfortable with this as the spot was tight. Their response was they had plenty of time to watch us do it. Overall, they weren’t engaging or providing expected customer service.
Mallory PThe next time you tell people that they're okay after a snowstorm and that they can come in and clean the truck out and pay cash don't tell their shit with all their stuff in it and make their lives completely inconvenient I'll never use your company in nor will I refer you to anybody you guys have more cases of ripping people off especially a lot of people I know so keep your service I did not appreciate that at all and I thought it was very very low rent and very unprofessional
Richard TFind a better engine. Maybe a diesel would suffice. You think a huge V10 that can barely go above 45mph is beneficial? I also went 22 miles and had to pay $23 for gas to get it back to where it was. It was literally a dollar per mile in fuel. Outdated trucks slow, barely was able to get up to speed on wads.

Dean PHere’s the full rewrite, tightened and direct: --- We arrived about an hour after our scheduled pickup time, and they had already given our truck away to someone else. Instead of working with us, multiple employees started raising their voices in the store, insisting their pickup times were strict and that we were late. That made no sense, especially since I had called at 7 a.m. that morning to confirm details, so they knew we were coming. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Then it got worse. They told us there was an issue with our account and made us call a support number before we could move forward. We waited on hold for about 45 minutes, only to be told there was no issue at all. That wasted nearly an hour for no reason. After all that, they then tried to pressure us into returning the truck early. At one point, it felt like they had effectively given our truck away and were trying to force our hand to bring it back before our agreed time. We didn’t, because we were still within the rental window. We were later charged more per mile than what we were originally told, and hit with cleaning fees even though we left the truck clean. Those charges felt completely unjustified. To top it off, the next morning, while we still legally had the truck, we received a text and an email threatening to report it as stolen if it wasn’t returned within 24 hours. That was completely out of line. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I won’t be using them again.

Rachel LI had to rent from this location after the location at 9500 W. Colfax only had a key lock on the truck and all I had was a letter code. It delayed our move by over one hour and delayed my girlfriend from getting to work. This location on Wadsworth got me going really quick.
SUSAN LNo problem with the staff, who were absolutely great - but the trailer itself caused A LOT of vibrations through my truck. Not sure if the wheels are out of balance or what the problem was, but it was very uncomfortable to haul compared to the one I used a couple weeks earlier.
Phillip WI was told that I would only be charged for one day if I returned the trailer the next day, instead of 3 days. When I dropped the triaier off I was charged for the three day rental instead, The woman at the recieving U-Haul location told me I needed to talk to the location I rented from to get a refund. I called the location I rented from and was again told that I needed to work it out with the receiving location. So, who do I talk to to get my two day credit applied to my bill?
