This is the third time we have rented from this location over the past couple of years and the team here has been consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. All has been as reserved each time, and the crew is always good about running through everything prior to departing the site. For straightforward, professional renting of trucks and trailers, this location is very solid.

They had a truck available for me right after I checked out. And when I was done moving, it was easy access to my storage unit And what made it even better was being able to back the van into the garage that was air-conditioned. Once again everybody was professional, and my experience was awesome.

JAN DWe had rat/mouse pee and poop on our stuff when we went to move out. I understand that isn't entirely controlable, just a bit frustrating. Mainly, the price was very expensive for the size of unit.

I was stopped by a Mississippi Trooper and told that although the brake lights and turn signals worked, there were no marker lights or license plate lights working. I was told to stop driving until it was daylight. This cost me 8 hours on a trip to NC that I could not afford. The man who hooked up the trailer said all was good, NOT SO MUCH.

GARY CThe 15 foot truck's A/C failed after about 1 hour into a 4.5 hour drive. It was miserably hot in the cab driving. I called the 800 number and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. To U-Hauls credit they offered me a partial refund. I am completely satisfied with the entire transaction.
RICHARD DI’m honestly disappointed with how the return was handled. I took the truck with 1/4 tank of gas and returned it almost full. I mentioned this to the gentleman and asked if there was any way to be reimbursed. Instead of explaining U-Haul’s policy, he just said, “Well thank you very much for the extra gas, we do not reimburse for it,” with poor body language and no effort to provide a proper explanation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
MARTIN RThe staff and customer service is abysmal. They called me a theif for asking if I could cut the lock on my own unit. They lost one of my uboxes, delivery was late, had to pay for movers twice due to their scheduling conflict, and they charged me for an empty box. They lost a box and charged me for an extra at the same time. Refunded for extra box but not for inconvenience. Did not pay for movers even though their schedule is reason I had too. We were on the schedule just no one cane.

My ubox was lost and I was charged for an extra that had furniture pads in it as they said to just leave a lock off and I would not be charged. Had to spend my whole ubox experience on the phone getting back refunds for over charges. The lost ubox was supposedly found and then my delivery for second wave was three days late due to my delivery being lost. Found later by schedule. Had to pay movers twice due to mess up. Was not compensated for the movers though I was told that was uhaul policy. Then was called a theif upon getting my stuff on the last day of move from uhaul storage. Not happy customer. Was treated poorly for the amount of money I spent on this move. Now of course unboxes are half off. Got a call from uhaul asking if I wanted another rental so was upset that I paid top dollar for 50% off boxes now.

Anthony JAfter having done the entire reservation online, I had to duplicate most of the information upon arriving at the pick up location. That delayed the pick up, and made me feel uneasy about having to disclose all the information over again...such as Driver's License, and Credit Card. If it's going to be done at the pick up, why get all that at the website beforehand? That being said, the return of the trailer was flawless and quick. I have always found U-Haul very easy to deal with, overall, and the equipment well maintained. Plus it's nice knowing that it is a "one-stop-shop", so that if I forgot something, like a light adapter or such, it can be obtained there.

GRACIE BI rented a trailer for 6 hrs on a Saturday. Paid my amount due and returned the trailer before my 6 hrs was up. I get a message a few days later saying I owe more money. I called and spoke to a man and he was really short and rude. Promised a call back and never received one. Called back and he once again told me they were busy and would get back with me. He did call back and before I could awnser left a message I called him back and rudely said I left u a message. I told him I would come by after work to get a receipt that I was paid in full and he told me basically no use the lady would be gone by 5. I stopped by anyway and got my receipt what happen was I dropped off Saturday night and they put on the books I didn’t turn it back in to Monday which was not the case. No reason to be rude when it was ur mess up.

Tammy S | Overall ExperienceWe had a reservation to pick up our U-Haul at 6 AM on Friday morning for 24 hour pick up. Never received the code to be able to pick up. Truck had to make a minimum of 10 phone calls Friday morning to try to secure another truck which finally happened at another location from a lady who was stationed in Canada. It put us two hours behind our moving and we loader schedule for $100 an hour per person for two people for two hours. We now had to pay them extra money to help us move because we were an hour behind schedule for when they were scheduled between seven and nine. we now were not able to start until after 8 o’clock so we had to pay the extra money because they were there waiting on us. I was told that somebody from customer support would reach out to me so I can file a complaint because I do not believe that I should have to pay full price. I also of course did not get the blankets that we had ordered and had asked when we returned the vehicle at a different location to be able to be a reimburse for those blankets which has yet to occur. I would never recommend U-Haul nor will I ever use the U-Haul again in the future I will use Budget.

I panicked initially when following the online move out instructions, including uploading photos as requested. I kept getting error messages when trying to submit. I made sure pictures were no more than I MB each, but kept changing to even smaller sizes and it would still give me error messages when trying to submit. I called the facility and explained that, and the gentleman (I hate that I did not get his name), said no problem I’ll get it canceled… and that was it! From move-in to move out, absolutely amazing!

No one has reached out on a resolution because I did not have insurance on my storage unit. However I was assured when I rented the unit that I shouldn’t have any worries as this was a brand new set of storage units and they were climate controlled and the unit I rented was inside. I will NEVER purchase another unit with Uhaul. I’ve moved several times over the years and I always use Secure self storage and I have NEVER had any issues with my property being damaged and the units I normally rent are outside!

I finally get in the building and my storage unit is all the way across the building and I have to unload outside one side of the building and carry it all the way to the other size of a football long field building. I requested a drive up storage because I have the biggest one there is and that is a lot to carry. The building is very nice and cool and even has a bathroom which was very nice but the lady at the front desk was not nice not courteous not helpful and should think about a job outside of customer service and in my opinion she is a bad choice for the representation of the uhaul company cause I would not recommend this location to anyone because of her.

My payment was set up as auto pay and what little contact I had with the store was handled satisfactorily. I finally had a chance for someone else to move the very important stuff, to me anyhow, but I wad still in California. But the manager, Kristen Gadberry and her staff helped me get the job done. From letting me know about needing a locksmith, the keys were lost in Guatemala over 10 years ago, and what needs to be done with the few things left in the unit. The lady, or ladies that answered the phone were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Just like what 'Good Customer Service' should be. This ended out 12 year relationship on a very positive note. I knew it was getting ready to be auctioned off however I was corresponding with management and other employees the whole time prior to the auction. I was under the impression that I would Be able to come in and pay as soon as I got my 1st check from my new job....or at the very least come get my stuff out of the storage. I pleaded several times via email " please do not let my stuff go up for auction"... I stated that there were important things to me inside unit- my childs baby pictures, all of our christmas stuff, memorabilia , etc.... One of the employees said that they were supposed to have pulled my unit So that it did not go up for auction. When I went in to pay like I said I would my storage unit was completely emptied out and had been auctioned off for the past 2 weeks to various people who knows where and all of my stuff is just gone and I will never get it back. There's nothing I can do about it because I was late making payments So it's ultimately my fault.... But for a big company like u-haul- that money i owed was nothing to the them but that stuff in the storage was everything to me. I have no words right now .

I rented a Uhaul trailer as well as renting the unit and unloading the trailer and returning the trailer, no a bad experience at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
