They said I would receive emails confirming the return of the car dolly and truck that I rented. However, no such emails have been received thus far.

I picked up the trailer I reserved on-line Sunday afternoon. Funny, but though I pre-paid on-line, they say I owed another $0.82???? Trailer pickup went fast and I had no waiting.

Recommend explaining that 19.95 plus .69 per mile not you drive 50 mile for 19.95 and after 50 miles it .69 cents. So total cost will never be just 19.95. Bad advertising. Nothing bad about location or owner.

Great service at this location.

Nothing. Best experience I've had at any U-Haul.

Prices seemed a bit steep but if you have moving to do you'll have to pay to due whatever is necessary so I guess we're just at a supply & demand scenario

I setup the online “pick up your truck”doing it all mobile so I wouldn’t have to go in the store. Well the mobile app was a waste of time for me because I had to go in the store get in line wait because my truck hadn’t been prepared and ready for me. Besides that the young lady was great she got rite too it..

This is where i had got the dolly i did not need and they would not refund me the fee for it.

Rented a car dolly. Tire tie down straps were not installed in the ratchett. This causes wear and tear on the straps. Aside from that issue all went well. Thanks

Running lights on the trailer didn’t work could not get the trailer back on time. When I did get the trailer back Monday morning the lady that checked me in was rude and charged me an extra day for not having it back on time. Will not be doing business with uhaul again

Person writing up my order for a one-way 5’x8’ single axle trailer, wrote down herself, two addresses in Destin, FL to drop off trailer after hours and both did not accept drop offs. I was directed to a place in Fort Walton who when I got there didn’t accept drop offs. They directed me to another store who also did not accept drop offs. I finally was sent to another place who did receive the trailer, but scanned the sticker on trailer and told me it was not in the system. He did finally resolve the problem and accepted the trailer, and also informed me that if I would have left the trailer after hours at any of the places I was directed to, (written down on paper in that persons handwriting) I would have been charged a substantial amount of money for dropping the trailer at either of those recommended locations. It took a total of 4 1/2 hours of my time, not to mention gasoline and where and tear on my vehicle, to go through this terrible ordeal with Uhaul’s personnel’s incompetence. I should be compensated for this ordeal. Have any of you tried to get around Destin or Fort Walton since Hwy 98 is the only very crowded road to get anywhere there. Yes, I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received with Uhaul. Have a Blessed Day, Alfred & Elmire Guillory P.S. - I should mention, my Mother is 87 years old and I am 61, and it was very hard on the both of us. Good luck with running your business!
