The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the truck engine light came on during the rental. Otherwise very quick checkout, very friendly staff at both check in and check out. Clean orderly retail space.

MICHAEL LIra was extremely helpful beyond kind and I mean really he is what Customer Service is supposed to be about. He should teach all employees how to be because the way he behaved and how he treated us with the kindness answering questions being so helpful. That’s a kind of customer service all companies should have so thank you Ira you are greatly appreciated and to the U-Haul managers above this guy deserves a raise.
