How U-Haul Reviews WorkRobert (Bob) was very friendly and kind. He explained everything to me, showed me to the unit and taught me how to do everything. A pull in garage, an elevator and carts were available for all seasons and scenarios. The floor was well lit and clean. Bob pointed out the intercom (audio and visual) on my floor in case I ever had a question or issue while at the unit - no need to go to the office to find someone and bring them back! After researching and visiting several storage places, this was the one for me. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just good customer service.

The only problem I had with this transaction was that I didn't learn the 10 x 20 unit was actually two 10 x 10 units side by side until I went to find the unit(s). While my stuff fit, it was not the huge space I was expecting.

More importantly, the new facility is staffed with experienced, informative, helpful, and courteous staff. Everyone was helpful in planning a local move from a nearby UHAUL storage facility with some unreliable staff service and overpriced storage units to this new facility with substantially more affordable pricing.

When it got to my turn, he wanted to help me before getting the truck ready for the previous customer. I told him I didn’t mind waiting. When he came back, he was kind and very helpful!! He made everything work smoothly so I could have a larger storage unit. He was so helpful with me! I was impressed!
