I was told that the 26' is the same as the 20' just longer. This is not true. And it was extremely difficult to drive and wasted a ton more of gas. My truck was not even half full. Very disappointed in the person who told me it would be fine. It was not.

Convenient access with the key card but feel the door should only open when correct credentials are entered. Too many other people inside using the restroom and electricity to charge phones. Move out was easy and quick. Only reason leaving was be I of non competitive rates.

U-Haul scheduled containers to be delivered between 9am-12pm. They didn’t arrive until almost 2:30pm. Wasted most of my morning waiting

I liked the location and the people working there were very helpful however U-Haul had a glitch in their system which was preventing me from renting a truck with the destination of St George. Employees there at the location had to figure out what was going on with some help from an inside contact and use a work around to allow me to rent the truck. The reservation system should be tested and fixed so all viable drop off locations are working.

Too many people had to wait long to turn in the rental truck. However, the person that assisted with checking the truck went on and beyond with his customer service. He wanted to ensure we didn’t have any issue or questions. He apologized for the delay and the wait time.

To all this may concern: Very disappointed for being charged a second day and not allowed to have the vehicle for a second day! I have no problem paying for late fees, extra mileage and additional fees for having the Ford truck another day but they kept the truck! We brought back the car trailer cause there was no longer a need for that, and for a few, (1)-safety reasons, (2)-thief, reasons. It made sense to drop it off. But instead of working with me on that they decided to go ahead and charge me another full day and not let me keep the truck I was paying for.. As a Small business owner I have use Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and United Rentals on hundreds of jobs in & around the Western States. Never have I had to pay for a day I didn't use the Vendors vehicle, , is there anything you can do so that I don't feel like I've been taken advantage of? Sincerely taken by-u..

You are by far head and shoulders above the competition. You offer significantly. Oregon aminites and made my move seamless. What i liked most, was the fact that I needed a truck to move my stuff, but also need a storage unit and you had everything that I needed in one location. The fact that you had an amazing promotion going on was incredible because I was able to get the first month storage for free. Also, you guys already had a lock inside the storage unit so that was very convenient as well. Bottom line is that someone really put a great deal of thought as the a customers needs when it came to moving. Addtionally, I liked the pricing but I didn't like the limitation of milage as I felt that I had to be very conservative with that. Also, your 8ft tru k seemed to be new as it had a lot of power to it. Finally, if there was a negative it has to do with the access hours. I for one work non traditional hours so I had to really adjust my time because you guys closed at 6 on Sunday and that was difficult with me because I wasn't able to move all my things into the storage in one day

I had a really good experience here at this location. It is not that brand new big building that you see right off of Las Vegas boulevard but you have to turn westbound on Evans and then you take your first left and go straight in and it's the U-Haul building on the right. It is in the back behind that brand new Big building you see off of Las Vegas boulevard.

The manager Kris and team member Lee S. were so professional. When my wife and I arrived to pick up our reserved 20' truck and auto transport the WIFI was down. We were already late meeting the movers at my mother's home, but now we were going to be REALLY late. But with a combination pf the use of my phone, company computer, and patience from both Lee and my wife whose name is also Lee worked out fine. Their greeting as we walked through the front door felt genuine. We were so anxious about driving the truck with auto transport in moving my mother from Las Vegas to the Bay Area, California, but it turned out successful partially due to Kris and Lee S. Thank you again! You are a blessing to the public.

I was trying to document that I returned the truck Saturday 1, 2025 at 8.22pm but I couldn’t . The reservation for the truck wasn’t showing at all . I tried to contact the place but no luck so I got in touch with an online agent and they said it would be documented , just call when the place open to confirm when I waited til 9:26 am the U-Haul on 2647 N Las Vegas didn’t answer and I left a message still no call so idk !

I think os unfair that they gave me a soso truck,with some body damage, and that they charge me two days when the vehicle was used for less than 12 hours, besides I return it with the same amount of was it was given to me and I was charge for gas too... :(

I was initially dissatisfied with the treatment I received, but fortunately, there was a positive change. Most of us adhere to the standard 8-5 work schedule, making it challenging to reach the storage facility by 7 pm upon returning home. Additionally, the restroom facilities were extremely unsanitary, to the point where words cannot fully capture the extent of the unpleasantness.

Coming from a military background and now a veteran, I don’t believe this location has adequate security. There were multiple occasions where homeless people were outside of the facility hovering over people trying to move in/out their belongings. As well as walking through the facility and hiding in the restrooms making it unsafe for anyone if intentions are unknown. I understand that the location might not be in the best area, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor security, risking potential threat. Store hours were convenient but what makes it inconvenient is having to drive 40 minutes to get in contact with an employee just to see an employee sitting at the desk (I’m still calling at this point) and they just let it ring. Do better. Staff/management was not helpful. I finally moved out, the same day that my storage was due and the new manager couldn’t waive the fee (estimated 300$ for two units) even though I’d be out within an hour of the due date. Overall, I don’t recommend the location right now. Maybe with some changes and a tad bit of humanity it can be better.

I seen bugs in my unit and I'm hoping my place doesn't have bugs now. I also seen a dead roach outside my unit and when I moved my stuff out, I seen a dead roach as well. I wish it was a way Uhaul can enclose the unit because I know it came from someone's unit and if that was bedbugs I would had to get rid of everything. also that alarm kept going off and it's irritating when you have to hear it. Overall great staff and a good place to store items

The stage unit was clean but idk if there’s any security on the premises. My little sister and I were moving furniture and a man kept bugging us, was going in and out of the storage building making it unsafe for customers when storing their belongings. Idk if the access code is only for after hours, but that should change. The area is already not that safe and giving free range for anyone to just go in and out and of the uhaul premises is asking for future disaster on the companies property.

My overall experience was really good with this location. Easy to move in our storage unit. Staff was friendly. When I tried calling on Saturday 10/4/2023 to find out when our was going to be due I was immediately put on hold. When the guy came back to the phone he asked me what I needed help with. I told him I need to know when my bill is due, he asked me for my phone number and put me on hold again and tried to cold transfer me to another number instead of telling me when he was going to do. I hung up and called back and he answered again and I asked why tried to transfer me he said he had 5 other customers in the store. I just hung up and we cancelled our unit the next day. I didn't appreciate getting put on hold or being cold transferred to another number.

The price you advertise for a 10×10 was $139.00 per mo. You charged me $149 per month. The difference was mine was climate controlled. You folks don't say that in your store advertising. Your signs say $139 a month.

The rental unit is clean and access good. I had to dig up an address for a contact and three phone numbers though, that weren't expected from the intenet reservation and delayed the move in. Internet reservation doesn;t complete the process at this location. Some staff were friendly, others rote and flat not really personable. Counter help should like working woth people. Efficiency is good, but not the only factor in sales at the counter.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The access was very easy. Storage units are very easy to get to. They provide carts to get from your vehicle to your unit which is a time saver and a back saver. They explain the whole process of payments, due dates, access to the facility and your unit in great detail. I had to get a truck and a storage very last minute and they were note than accommodating. I can't say enough great things about the staff and facility. Thank you again.

All of the people who helped us at the 2671 N Las Vegas Blvd location were awesome. Especially Dee, Bre, Chyna, and La Toya! We had the worst experience getting the truck in Colorado, but Dee and her crew went above and beyond to help us and made it all better. We would use Uhaul again only because of them. If you have a storage unit in the back, they will not open the door to make it easier for you to put your things in or out. They make you have to walk them through that maze. I had movers and I expressed to the manager they would charge me extra for bringing my items so far, they didn’t care. Don’t get a back unit it you have a lot of items, also online I requested a 10x15 they said they had it, but when I got there they only had a 10x10 and tried to charge me to same price

I received one free month of storage with my trailer rental. Inetead of giving me the first month free, they charged me for the first month and added a free month. I only needed the storage for a few weeks. I have been trying to get my money back but so far have not been successful. It takes hours to get through their system and actually speak to a human, only to find out that they can't solve the problem. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

Insatisfecho ya que el servicio del personal fue muy poco eficiente al momento del arribo al no querer mostrar alguna otra unidad argumentando no tener disponibles cuando en el website de u haul presentaba algunas otra, la unidad asignada no contaba ni siquiera con número de identificación de hecho no cuenta hasta hoy. Y por último en el contrato me asignaba un candado el cual al momento de preguntar por el me lo negaron argumentando k no tenían en esa tienda. Que lo tenía que comprar yo. Por lo tanto no lleno mis espectativas ni tampoco lo k yo esperaba de una compañía tan grande. Gracias. Espero saber qué opina U-HAUL de esto .
