Kare l. | First ImpressionsMy overall experience was really good with this location. Easy to move in our storage unit. Staff was friendly. When I tried calling on Saturday 10/4/2023 to find out when our was going to be due I was immediately put on hold. When the guy came back to the phone he asked me what I needed help with. I told him I need to know when my bill is due, he asked me for my phone number and put me on hold again and tried to cold transfer me to another number instead of telling me when he was going to do. I hung up and called back and he answered again and I asked why tried to transfer me he said he had 5 other customers in the store. I just hung up and we cancelled our unit the next day. I didn't appreciate getting put on hold or being cold transferred to another number.
