This facility is absolutely disgusting. Go in the middle of the day and the smell of rotting rodents permeates the air. It's in the walls. It's coming from storage units. There was a dead mouse in my unit. You can't breathe. The staff are rude. There was a line all the way to the door because they can only help one person at a time and each interaction took about 10 minutes. A gentleman told them he was having trouble standing. They were quite rude in telling him there was nothing they could do. I gave him the chair sitting right in front of us. I will warn everyone I can to avoid this place at all costs. I moved out the day after I found mouse feces in my belongings. It was difficult to battle the smell of decomposition. I called about this already. I'm just making sure this feedback is received.

Near the end of our stay, my mother‑in‑law’s health declined suddenly, and life became overwhelming. We fell behind on payments, but the team here never treated us poorly — they reached out kindly and consistently to help us keep the account in good standing.

David W | Overall ExperienceI have been a customer with U-Haul storage for 2 or 3 years. I have only been late on my monthly payment one time due to there being a price increase that I could no longer afford & because of that I was charged a $30 fee after being told I had 2 more days before my late fee would be applied . To sum it up , my experience with U-Haul became very inconvenient so I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere. I did get the pleasure of meeting the manager at this location , he assisted me with my move out process and he was very delightful ! He informed me that they did have to release a few employees so he understood my frustration. I appreciate that but I had already started my move out process . I just hope everyone is more considerate and kind to others from now on .
