BROOKE WHad trouble finding an employee when I was dropping off the trailer. He wasn't overly friendly and I would say he was mildly helpful.

George GHad pickup truck rental reservation at 7:30am. Showed up at 7:30am and the store was closed. Unable to get inside and unable to get access to the pickup truck keys. Tried checking out online and it says to go inside to get the key or ask an agent for the key inside. Unable to get inside. Called U-Haul corporate # and was told they're sending someone over in 15 mins to unlock the store and get access to the keys. There was 4 customers waiting outside and all of them tried to open the door to find it was locked. The store open hours are clearly displayed on the front 7am to 5pm for Saturday. Very unprofessional and disappointing to have u-haul store closed where both online and store front said it was supposed to be open at 7am.

MARK LStarting with vehicle itself, it was dirty inside. But the bigger issue was, I was told that there would be someone there that would hook up the trailer auto transport.
TIMOTHY KThe staff was not friendly. Seemed to be more of an inconvenience than anything else. The truck had trash in the front from the previous renter. I got charged an extra mile for use even though I went less than a quarter of a mile from time of pick up and the odometer changed.

TRAVIS HNot crazy about getting an email last minute saying trailer needed to be picked up at different location. Customer service was great changing reservation back to NA. Should not have to worry about getting equipment when moving is planned in advance.
JOHN FThe truck I rented was dirty causing me to run back to the U-haul after unloading the storage unit I rented. Then to reload it back and storage to get the truck cleaned so I can reload and move my stuff from the storage unit. Very disappointing
GARY JI showed up to drop off my rental trailer at 5pm and the whole location was shut down, even though on the doors and online it says they close at 7. I had to call the after hours number may times with no answer and even called the mail U-Haul number. The after hours person finally texted back that I could drop off the trailer and they would check it in in the morning
RYAN OThe gentleman in the shop area was extremely helpful setting me up with the proper equipment to purchase to safely haul the trailer I rented.
Scott PYou kind of pulled a "fast one" on the gas. It was closer 3/4 full when I picked up the van. I drove 30 miles and added 2 gallons of gas. You still charged me for another 2 gallons. I don't have the time to track this down, but you definitely took advantage as you wrongly tacked on an extra $7.50 for gas.

MICHAEL GDerek Foster went out of his way to help me locate the proper wiring for my vehicle, so I could tow a trailer. I really appreciate Derek's hard work and commitment to providing stellar customer service. Without his expertise and help, I would have been in a terrible situation where I couldn't move my items back to NC with me. However, Derek made sure that I avoided such a disaster. It felt like we were on the same team and he was working hard for team success. I'm very appreciative to Derek and I commend him on the quality of his service to customers.

WENDY CThe actual truck was outdated and damaged ( known) and the employee was dispondent during pickup.
TIMOTHY WI rented the truck 10:00 AM August 31 with contract return time at 3:30 PM September 1st. At 11:00 AM I received a Text saying the truck was overdue and would be reported stolen. I called the location and told them I would be back at 3:00 pm. I was told I was inconveniencing a customer by not having the truck back in time. I returned the truck at 2:30pm and was advised by the CSR who rented me the vehicle (and did a great job btw) that they had no shortage of equipment in the 1st which was confirmed by a few vehicles still parked on the lot. When I was confronted with the threat I said to myself, gee I must have made a mistake about the return time and felt bad I had screwed up someone’s moving day. I rushed the remainder of our move to completion and rushed back from Boston to N Attleboro, adding considerable stress to an already hard day. In short , UHaul added to the aggravation of moving with an unwarranted threat to report the vehicle stolen.
HOWARD WI reserved a 10ft truck for pickup at the North Smithfield RI, location (one way) for 8/31 at 9:30am. The sales rep stated “ I could return the truck on 9/1 “whenever I was done with it.” I received a call on 8/30 that my pickup location was 20 miles away in Attleboro at 10:30am. I questioned the change and was told North Smithfield was my “preferred” pickup location but, too bad there was no truck available there and did I want to keep the Attleboro pickup. Literally did not have a choice. So at 10:30 on the 31st I arrived at the Attleboro location only to be told there was no truck available. There were several trucks in the lot and I asked about taking one of them but I was told they were “reserved”. And the sales rep did not want to give me one and create a “cascade situation”. Where he would have to then tell every customer who came in after me that their truck wasn’t available. My lucky day to get screwed I guess?? So, after waiting 90 minutes I was then sent to a third U-Haul location where finally a truck was available. I then received a call on 9/1 at 1:00 from U-Haul telling me I was late dropping off the rental and someone was waiting for the truck. I rushed to get it back and there lo and behold there were multiple truck and not a single person waiting. So come to find out, if you reserve for round trip you will absolutely have a truck waiting for you at the location you book it at. If you book a one way if there is a truck available, great, if not you are just out of luck…the sales rep at the third location finally explained this ridiculous system. Overall just a horrible experience.

LISA OArranging my vehicle was quick and easy using the online portal. Great customer service, the representative was polite, easy to understand, very professional. I was able to pick in the vehicle very quickly. Drop off was very easy and quick also. My only issue was with the U-Haul app which kept on saying “it could not connect to the server” Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you

JEFFREY LApp pickup / drop off process was not straightforward. You need to give advances notice that alternate contact info is required and will be verified. That’s was frustrating to deal with live at the pickup lot.

James C | First ImpressionsHonestly, I I would give U-Haul of North Attleboro all of the stars in the sky if that were an option here… from the day that I opened my unit to the day that I left, they went above and beyond for me every time. But what I was most impressed with was their billing department. Honestly, I was late with my payments pretty often and the fact that they never sent my stuff to auction says a lot about who they are as a company, in my opinion. They were always fair with me and they were always willing to work with me as long as I communicated. I never would’ve expected the kind of experience that I’ve had with them from a “big box” storage facility but truth is they’re awesome people. they say the tough times teach you who your friends are… well doing business with U-Haul North Attleboro feels more like having friends with storage units lol. KIMBERLY MI had the smallest possible storage unit and the monthly cost was much too high with $10.00 increases every 4 months. The rate became unreasonable. What was once the lowest competitive rate in the area now became the highest. I won't rent from uhaul again.

My return was never acknowledged, despite taking to the both employees on site. This resulted in a charge for an extra day. After two contacts, they corrected it, but did so incorrectly, and repeatedly; resulting in multiple charges and credits to my account
