Nate our customer service rep. was referred to us by Willie who manages the Cumberland U-Haul store on Mendon Road as they had a trailer available in the size we were looking for and the date we needed it. Both men were extremely professional and helpful which lessened our stress during our out-of-state move.

I filled the car with gas and they charge me extra for gas as well , so I’m so upset because they were using my lake of experience to charge me more money , they give me a false fuel gage reading to charge me more , I think they are making this in purpose to charge customers more money , they are giving you the car not full in gas and of course you will not fill it with the exact number of gallons so that they have the reason to charge you more , next time I will go to home depot, they are more honest than you , I’m completely upset . For you information I made less miles that I told them I will do and they charge me the same , so you owe me the extra charge for gas and rhe diffrence between milage

John on 03/13/2025 and Aiden on 04/14/2025 offered excellent customer service! Thank you very much for your help for our relocation move in March 2025! John was courteous, accurate, patient, an attentive listener, understanding and helpful. He also offered additional optional products or accessories with our truck rental. Aiden as well for a trailer rental and assisted with hook up to our own vehicle. Pros: Low wait times. Clean, organized and well lit UHAUL store location. Helpful staff. Items for rent or purchase in stock. Cons: N/A. Satisfied Customer! Keep up the great work! Will most definitely recommend!

This was without a doubt the worst experience renting anything I’ve ever had. First location in North Smithfield was rude, lazy, and didn’t listen. Second location I had to go to because the first trailer didn’t work, didn’t listen and I ended up getting hit with a $74 extra charge because when I said I wanted to drop it off in North Smithfield didn’t set it up that way. I’m not sure you could have worse customer service.

I have been a "frequent flyer & buyer" at the North Attleboro MA location since I started downsizing back in October, renting trucks a number of times to move things to multiple locations, and buying more than my share of boxes/supplies. Staff (especially the manager that seems to always be there whenever I show up) is always friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to get the job done. Definite asset, and the kind of employees that corporate should WANT to keep and represent the brand name! Have never had any issues with the equipment or supplies bought there.

I have used this UHaul location (N attleboro) many times over the past 4 years. Everytime, all has been excellent, staff support / experience / attitude/service, condition of the vehicle and the location answers the phone when I call. A year ago, I called in a panic on the day that I needed a truck to move my daughter from UNH to Millis MA. I thought I would rent a truck from Enterprise but that was a disaster. When I called Uhaul in N Attleboro, the owner answered the phone, had a truck available and I was driving it to NH 2 hours later. Awecome, much appreciated. Uhaul... this location is my goto. I recommend it to everyone

We paid for Gorgees in Phoenix to deliver it to the apartment building. Upon arrival they demanded another $100 to be sent to them via Zelle or Paypal. We are NOT ok with that. Please advise.

Schedule more than one sales associate to work on Saturday morning. With 1 employee and 6 customers picking up rentals I waited 40 minutes for my truck and I arrived on time for my scheduled pickup time at the store. Truck was fine and clean but very poor customer service experience having to wait and wait. Thank you. Have a nice holiday.

The gentleman that helped me was great. Attached the trailer for me and took if off when I returned. Also helped me take a couple boards out of the trailer and put them in my truck.

I left my wallet in the truck. When I returned to retrieve it, the person said they didn't see it. Upon more questioning they said it may be in a safe. It was. There was money missing from my wallet!

Way too long and complicated a process for self return. Also instructions not clear. Return process seems to go on and on and on with action after action needed. When it’s dark, cold and it’s been a long day it’s asking too much., You need to look at this. Try it yourself on a cold, dark night when someone is waiting to give you a ride home.

Kim Mansuetti was extremely kind and so incredibly helpful. The poor thing got "stuck" with me with the transport I had. It had been repaired to be operable for my trip from Florida to Massachusetts (thanks to Jesse from Pensacola!!!) but it wasn't easy unhooking everything. She did not make me feel bad in the slightest and completely understood how moving in general is stressful and offered me grace. I appreciate all of her help and am so thankful for how well I was treated.

When I was signing out for the pickup truck it had less than an 1/8 a tank of gas. The attendant indicated that the truck had just arrived from michanic but also told me that if I returned it with a 1/4 tank of gas I could receive a credit on my charge. I would prefer in the future to have a full tank of gas

I have a problem I turn the truck with the same amount of gasoline and the company charge for 5 gallon. I have picture that show went I pick up the truck and went I brought it back. That doesn’t make no sense. I will be waiting for a answer. Thanks.

Didn't realize, I only had access to storage, until 7:00 pm! Still not done, packing! Okay after speaking with ?, thinking now I got access until 10:00 pm, get there 10:10, no access!! Other than this HICCUP!!! Didn't get his name, but thanks! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! I also work in the field,!! I would definitely do business with them again, and will refer friends and family!! I mentioned showed the gentlemen that inspected my storage unit (# 126) upon emptying my storage unit that 2 nail are coming through the ceiling and that someone could cut themselves on those. Thankfully I did not. I do hope that you check on this and repair it so that no one gets hurt and that your company does not expose itself to any liability. Thank you and stay safe. Greg.

The guys where great with setting up the storage unit. When we needed to rent trucks for our move the guys went out of there way to help us when we had to change our moving dates 3 times.

Fast, friendly service, if your having trouble with paying just contact them and they will work with you. They don't want to auction off your stuff just as much as you don't want it auctioned.
