Customer service is outstanding. The van's are always in great condition. Personnel at the location could use some help. He's always very busy multi tasking with multiple customers, and running around the lot.

Have more than 1 person working on Saturday mornings. This has to be the busiest day of the week for moving. Even when a person has filled out everything on line, there is still a wait because of all the people waiting in the front of the line.

I didn't appreciate getting a call the day before I was to pick up the truck telling me they didn't have the truck I reserved 4 weeks prior and i'd have to pick up a different one at a location 215 miles away! Poor customer service!!

Make sure the manger has enough employees. So that there aren't any excessive wait times. Waited forty five minutes to get my truck rental. Dont understand why I got charged for two days of rental.when I only used it for one.

I arrived at 8:45AM for a 9:00AM reservation. I stood in line for 1/2 hour and then it took 1/2 hour to process the rental. HORRIBLE customer service! When reserving U-Haul MUST let people know to show up at least 1/2 hour earlier than reservation. I reserves fro 4 hours , from 9am to 1pm, did not finish checking out the rental until 9:45, and was told it still need to be back by 1:00PM.

We dropped off the truck and the staff member told us we were "all set" and the receipt would be emailed. The truck was returned on Tuesday around 5:00pm. Several calls were made to check on the status of the return, only to be told the system had crashed (over and over). I did not receive the emailed receipt until Thursday at 6:46pm. Upon receiving the receipt, there was no total cost listed anywhere; the only charge listed was the cost of the extra miles. I still don't know the total cost of the rental. After this experience, there is little chance I will be using U-Haul again.

Turned in uhaul at 11 am (employee told me to give him the keys and I would be emailed the receipt), at 6 pm I received notification from uhaul that I needed to return the uhaul. I called customer service was told that it hadn't been returned, when I assured the representative that it had been she was very rude and said "I never said you didn't bring it back I said it hadn't been returned, as in entered into our system." I then asked if I would be charged for a late return because the location I returned it to neglected to record the return for 7 hours, she responded that she hoped not but she couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't be charged. Rather than address the problem I brought to her, she gave snarky remarks and was no help at all, I was very disappointed in the customer service of your company. Due to her lack of help and the fact that I'm a recently graduated college student who's bank account is not extremely fruitful, I had to go back to the uhaul location to make sure things were taken care of, because I could not afford to pay for an extra day. When I got there the one person working was sitting around doing nothing. When I arrived he jumped to action and was very helpful. He checked my return in right away and I was not charged a late return fee. This was great, however the checking of the vehicle took less than 2 minutes, so I wonder why he felt sitting around causing uhauls customers stress over their returns was a better use of his time than checking in the vehicle I had returned 7 hours earlier. Overall very unhappy with the entire return exchange, will be seeking alternative options when I move from Massachusetts to Philadelphia in the fall.

First, when you give a location for pickup, make sure the unit is there. Very pour accuracy on address of trailer locations. I had to drive an extra 25 minutes out of my way. Than 25 back to my original location. U-Haul sucks in details with trailer locations. Greg Meeks

It first started with my original reservation for pickup in Taunton. I booked online only to find out the trailer never existed. They moved me to Attleboro which would have been fine BUT no one ever coordinated with the location so i had to argue with the team and start all over again from scratch.

Blatantly charge for two periods when the front desk person clearly mentioned $39.99 is for 24 hours.
