EDWARD LI arrived at 7:01 but the facility was closed which left me having to use the app that was not previously installed. Downloading the app took forever due to the cell service being appalling in the area. Then I had to sit through sending an array of pictures all with poor cell service being appalling. I finally checked out at 7:24pm

Only complaint is that the inside of the windshield of the van we rented was so dirty & hazy that sun glare & nighttime vision was very hard to see & there were no wipes to clean it. The gas stations that had squeegees to use were frozen. If I had know I could have brought windex & paper towels & we didn't realize until we got on the highway & we pay for every mile to have turned back.

ROBERT JMy ratings are the way they are because I told them I was moving out of the storage unit and everything and they did not attempt to contact me for any reason to be able to close my account. I am not happy that I moved out in November and got charged for December! Please close my account and do not take anymore money from me.

I did report upon returning the vehicle some observations of the vehicles operation. 1.too much play in steering 2.feels and sounds like the universals are going to go at anytime. 3.also check that rear end for grease. 4. Vehicle runs like cramp, tune up, sputters, idles fluctuate at times, entering the interstate, feels like it doesn't want to go at times. I had it for 117 miles. Background: I am a CDL holder with over 34 years of driving heavier vehicles and have fixed them and diagnosed them. Person receiving vehicle did not seem too concerned with what I had to say but, was relatively polite. That is all

Theresa Y | Overall ExperienceWhen I returned the trailer, the door was open but no one was inside nor was there any indication that someone had stepped away (like a simple sign that says "Be right back"). I roamed around the office looking and yelling for someone. After about five minutes I called the facility. As I stood there the phone rang and no one came to answer. The call was forwarded to the corporate answering center. The person that answered tried their best to help me. I eventually knocked on an external bathroom door. The employee was in there. I understand that nature calls but there should be a policy in place that at a minimum posts a sign that they are away and will return shortly. This would have eliminated the angst and frustration I experienced with this return. Once the employee was out of the restroom he was very polite, professional and helpful. i would have liked to received a paper receipt to confirm that I dropped off the trailer. He was not able to provide that and said an email receipt would be sent.

David MHaving an internal storage on the 2nd floor made it impossible to maneuver large pieces of furniture from the hallway into the storage room, not enough room to turn for couches or long dressers/tables. Also the lip from the elevator to the ground was a large enough (2”?) where it made it impossible to push carts in and out.

BRITTANY DMy pick up location was changed relatively last minute after getting a text that said to call to help schedule my reservation, which I thought was already scheduled. For the inconvenience they gave me fifty bonus miles, which I never actually received. I had also reserved two hand trucks which were not available when I picked up the truck, so that at least doubled the time and work it took to load the truck. The truck also reeked of cigarettes. Three stars because the truck was spacious, for everything, and got us there.

RICHARD ECompletely awful overall experience. My pick up location changed the day before. So picking up the vehicle went from being 10 minutes away to 40. It also went from a live location to a mobile location. The drop off was fine but now uhaul.is charging me more money. There was no mileage fee when I originally signed up and when I returned vehicle tjere was a $1 per mile fee. I paid almost 400 to rent a truck for 8 hours.. please pay attention when renting from uhaul

Service Manager Taylor Ryner met me at the office, quickly processed my paperwork, and assisted me in attaching the trailer to my truck. Drop-off was just as easy. She made the process effortless. WAYNE O | Overall ExperienceI have used this facility for approximately seven years, with the fee starting at $95. Incremental increases escalated the monthly fee to $135, a 42% increase ! Located on the second floor, there have been ongoing issues with either the elevator and/or the garage door function. Though of late, "perhaps" labor issues/covid might be a reason for the lack of a fix, this was going on long before covid hit. Management was sympathetic, but there did not seem to be corporate support/concern. It was not until I raised the issue to corporate more than once, that a credit was issued, but still not fixed as of yesterday. Hopefully this gets to the right people so this facility can be brought to a proper standard.

Joseph T | Overall ExperienceDuring the reservation process it was communicated to me that there would be one month free storage for a one way rental and return at this location. I confirmed on the phone my reservation and when I went to return my truck and use my storage unit the employee told me that I didn’t have a reservation. It took about half an hour additional on a busy moving day to get this unit set up. I wasn’t able to then use my free month of storage so I was promised that the charge should be reversed “when my boss comes” as I had to pay up front. I never received a key card or pin to access the unit so I had to be asked to be let in. The garage door had a broken sensor so we were unable to close the door when we left. I called multiple times in the following weeks after I didn’t receive my refund and was unable to get through to someone due to long wait times that I could not accommodate. When I did finally move out and asked the local facility about my refund of the charge on my credit card which was less than three weeks prior I was told “it was too late” to do anything about it. I would not recommend them for storage to anyone.

I don't know if they need to seal their doors better or get some sort of dehumidify thing system but all of the property was destroyed. The staff member on duty anytime I went was incredibly rude, like I was inconveniencing her for asking her to do her job. I would suggest a different storage unit company

The doors had been changed 3 weeks prior to discovering the water and I was never notified of a problem. I think Kaneshya was outstanding!!!!

Both before and after I had my unit I stopped into the office a number of times to buy moving supplies, ask questions, etc. The staff at this U-Haul office is uniformly pleasant, well-informed, and helpful. They helped me make economical choices about packing materials, and gave me good advice on how to manage my daughter's upcoming move ... which may involve renting a U-Box. I was SO HAPPY with this U-Haul office. You should try them! And thank you U-Haul, again.

Also - some fabric had mold due to the moisture and some furniture had a musty smell. 2. There was no lights inside the storage unit, so could only visit it during daylight hours. 3. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, however, were not well versed on UHaul's on-line systems. It took me a few months to figure out how to pay the rent on-line as the staff couldn't help me and I had to figure it out myself. 4. The gate to access the storage units was kept open during the day most of the times I visited in the summer. There was staff on hand, but no-one stopped to ask us for ID, etc. I understood that the unit was not climate controlled when I rented it, but did not know that dampness would be an issue and for that I would be reluctant to recommend to others.

The elevator was broken, our key card didn't work, and there is no ramp to easily access the elevator using the carts which made moving heavy objects very difficult.

I asked about a partial refund since we paid for t full month on the ninth and checked out on the 18th. The lady said “ well you have to contact corporate I think they may prorate”. I have had this unit for almost 10 years never missed a payment never later on a payment, dealt with broken elevators and uncaring staff and I have to contact corporate for partial refund for the part of the month I didn’t use?? Unbelievable
