Stop being crooked. I would never use your services again. I made an itinerary and reservation on your website. I received a confirmation. The day before when no one called me I called and asked to pick up the truck 2 hours earlier. The employee changed my reservation and I was charged double due to their error. I made calls to customer service before and after the charge. We spoke face to face with the manager and was lied to.

The woman at uhaul when picking up the truck was very helpful. However, when time to return the truck the facility had closed i was told to call 800-Gouhaul which i did. I was informed (after waiting 15mins on hold) that i would need to log into the website when I got there. I did and was having trouble getting site to work. I called back and waited 20mins on hold. When the gentleman answered he said If I was having trouble just put keys in drop box. I explained to him I need a code which id get on line. He was not helpful i explained he was my third call regarding returning the truck that i was on hold 15 mins then 20 mins and his response was well we are busy we arent sitting around on our hands. I told him that was rude and he said just put the keys in the box. I don’t think your customer service is very good at all and I’ve done a lot of business in the past with uhall and never experienced this. Very disappointing

Young man Josh charged the whole bill twice on charge.When I brought truck back he said the card declined which was wrong. Told me I had to pay with another card. Long difficult process.Was in parking lot for at least an hr Owes me 20.00 my last money for gas for my vehicle VERY annoying. And left wrong info for lady that works days.I feel I should get 20.00 back for his mistake.

The location was fine, but what was disappointing was that we originally selected to pick up the truck in Weymouth, and were told only days beforehand that there was no truck for us in our preferred location. We were also told we would be allowed additional miles, but were charged for going over the allowance anyway.

This location was 2.5 hours from my reservation city. Then they wanted my to pay an additional 478.00. The location was not informed I already paid on line. Not happen at all. Was supposed to be renbursfed money instead was charged more.

Get rid of the color test when checking in early. That test screwed up my entire plans that day and cost me money. Dark and trying to pack up truck I reserved i picked the wrong color and it canceled my reservation. Unbelievable! I am not color blind!

The woman who checked me in for my rental was extremely rude, I mentioned I needed the truck for work so I wasn’t sure if I needed to extend the rental. She was very unhelpful and just rudely said I wouldn’t be able to extend it any longer than what I had put online. So when I needed to extend it I called the corporate customer service number having to wait 30 minutes on hold rather than calling the store location just so I didn’t have to deal with the woman who worked at the store. The customer service worker put it through for a longer time no problem. When I returned the U-Haul it was a completely different experience, the gentleman who did the check out was extremely pleasant and helpful.
