Both employees on duty at the time we made our rental went out of their way to ensure that our equipment was safe and trustworthy for the purpose of our rental! They even checked all of the trailer lights and connections to make sure everything worked properly and was attached securely to the towing vehicle. It was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time from anyone with whom I have tried to business or get additional help with!!! They are the best!!!

Julie JWhen I called to reserve a 10 foot truck to move a riding mower I was told I needed a 15 foot truck because it had a ramp. I asked if the ramp was wide enough for riding mower and was told probably not but they would "figure something out to make it work". When I arrived I was offered no help to "figure something out" and was simply told that maybe Lowes would have some ramps or something? I was overcharged for 15 foot truck I didn't need. Plus I had to rent ramps to move the mower onto truck. I thought the manager would at least change the price down to 10 foot truck cost but instead he charged me for 4 gallons of gas for going 24 miles!! Not happy.

DANIEL GMaintain vehicles better. The original vehicle issued had several issues. I noted one issue prior to leaving the lot and was told it was a minor issue and not worry. Within driving a few miles the check engine light illuminated and the vehicle marker lights were periodically flashing with key removed and vehicle locked. After calling for assistance I was told they would find a solution and call me back. After 45 minutes without reply but nearing end of day business hours, I took the vehicle to another location and was told they couldn’t exchange the vehicle but that a 3rd separate location would help. The vehicle was exchanged and was acceptable to complete my original objective.

ERICK EWe participated in the equipment distribution program. Although I was pleased with the program, I was quite surprised to learn you don’t use equipment to raise the trailer hitch so it can be safely secured to the vehicle OR removed from the vehicle. The hitch is heavy and could easily become a safety hazard for back injury, smashed fingers, or crushed limbs for your employees / or customers. Please consider safety!
Deborah SWe had reserved a 20ft storage unit and when arrived learned they didn’t have sizes this large. We were able to fit most of our things into the unit but it was a tough load after a long 2 day drive. I also had to challenge the charges for our storage which again, was just more of a hassle than I wanted to mess with.

JUAN LThe truck had some issues. The door jamb on the driver's side doesn't exactly close tight so it seems a bit loose when driving..also the ramp wouldn't pull down on truck so we had to hop up and down alot. The help working at Uhaul was good.
TED BHorrible. U haul headlights did not work. And the truck needs a wheel alignment and brakes are going out I barely coming to a stop. Very horrible. I’m looking forward to getting a refund. And I will never rent a truck with you guys again. Please do better. Thanks!!!!

Brian HTrucks are not maintained, second time driving the same truck and it's alignment was way off. The steering wheel is not in the correct position. It's so loud you can barely have a conversation. The truck needs to be junked.

Amy HReservation completed online with a confirmation email…still needed to go through everything in person and was charged for the damage coverage $15.00 that I didn’t select with my reservation. I have the reservation receipt to prove it. I did not know this was added, so not a good experience at all.
DAVID SWhen passing down handmedowns to local stores, ensure the trucks are working properly. The rear garage door on the truck gets stuck and there’s a fan belt loose on the engine. This is no reflection of the brand new facility off Veterans / Historic Route 66. It’s a refriecriin of corporate passing on old / used equipment.

BITTU SWhen I dropped off the trailer the guy told me I would get an email of the check-in receipt, I did not ever receive that email. I was able to look at it online so I was able to verify what I wanted to know (the checkin was completed successfully with no issues). I also received an email with a link to do a feedback and that link does not work. I did just receive an email with a link to my receipt as i was typing this up right now, so that is a little weird.

Blair P | Overall ExperienceOne of the worst customer experiences of my life. I rented a vehicle and returned it on time and with more fuel than required per contract. They ended up charging a fuel charge. I contacted the location to discuss why there was a fuel charge despite the contract, the manager got irate, yelled at me, and hung on me refusing to resolve the matter. I have rented from several other locations in the area and never experienced anything like this. I would advise you stay away from this location unless you enjoy poor management and getting overcharged.

JENNY JI was renting a tow dolly. We initially had a problem with the lights on the first tow dolly that was provided. The UHaul rep quickly switched me to another tow dolly (and also, to verify that the problem wasn't with my truck). Tow Dolly was fairly easy to understand and performed great.

They had no issues helping us get the larger unit. We had issues at first but they were not going to give up and the manager Eric got us taken care of, even though they had to stay a little past closing, they were not upset at all. I can tell that everyone at the store during my move in are truly about taking care of the customer at all costs.

Ken DTruck we got was pretty beat up. Lady that worked there was nice but not much information was given as it was our first time using uhaul. Ended up getting charged and extra $50 for using a quarter tank of gas.
