andrew r | First ImpressionsStore was very helpful. When we got to the store to finalize check in, we found out the size we reserved online was going to be to small and wanted to get a larger unit. They had no issues helping us get the larger unit. We had issues at first but they were not going to give up and the manager Eric got us taken care of, even though they had to stay a little past closing, they were not upset at all. I can tell that everyone at the store during my move in are truly about taking care of the customer at all costs.
