WHITNEY LOur vehicle was supposed to have cruise control, however we could not locate any controls for this feature.

GARY DWhen the chains were attached to my Honda Ridgeline, the trailer hooks did not fit properly onto the mating loops of my truck. The hooks needed to be just a little bit wider. The person who helped me had a hard time getting the chains attached.
DANIEL GThe lady that took care of me while picking up the equipment, I believe her name was Alexia, was amazing. She is by far the best service rep I have ever dealt with at U-Haul. I can not say enough good things about her.

GARY DMy comment is for the U haul company, don't let people reserve equipment at a location where the equipment is not available. The website said it was and allowed me to reserve it, only to find out I had to go to another location to actually get the equipment. Feels like bait and switch tactics, and very inconvenient when timebis a factor. People don't have time for this type of run around.

gabe m | First ImpressionsThis was my first experience at the new facility at Vandiver Dr, and I was impressed. The representative ALEXIS W was extremely helpful with the rental agreement, hitching the trailer, return procedure, and checkout! I will return here for any future UHaul needs! Thanks!
STEVEN SWe made the reservation 12 days out in order to assure we would have the necessary tools (furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and utility dolly) to aid in our move. Upon arrival, there were no dollies available whatsoever. When I asked what could be done, I was told nothing can be done aside from removing their cost from the total. When I was getting the keys to the truck, I was told the truck had a full tank of gas. Upon inspection when I got in the truck, the truck did not actually have a full tank of gas, but closer to 3/4 of a tank of gas. I made sure to mention this when I returned the truck, as it is a very dishonest business practice. This is not the first time UHaul has not had the appropriate tools and tried to make me overfill the gas tank upon return. Moving forward, I highly doubt I will be using the company due to these reasons. Please feel free to contact me to discuss these issues.

JESSE WThe equipment was clean the people were great and very helpful the equipment (ie) 15 ft moving truck needed some front end work the truck. Alignment or tie rods or something.

And I’ve used other storage facilities before and it was always about taking your money no professional staff whatsoever. This facility is by far the best in the business.
