I want to make sure you closed out both of my units 2199, and 2201. Both are empty. I went to the front desk to close them out, but they did not confirm they both were closed. I did show a photo of the closed unit. I called today to confirm both units were closed and the employee said my file was gone, so he assumed they were both closed?

I also had issues with the app when we tried to return the truck and doing the move out process. Several days after we moved out, I was receiving messages saying that my payment was overdue even though we were out of our unit before the 10th when we would've been charged for the next month. I think the automated systems are not working properly, but the people I worked with did a pretty good job.
