She made it easy to drop off and not pull the trailer back another 650 miles. We talked and I introduced them to my 'car' companion dog. I ended up doing 1300+ miles in 36 hours, not having to pull the trailer back was wonderful.

Samuel GOn the equipment itself i would suggest the speed limitt 55 sticker be also placed for the vehicles behind you to see. I got honked so many times because people are not aware I could not be going 75 or more.

Herbert FCheyanne is the most amazing facility manager. From the first day I met her to the final move out. 100% professional and such a pleasant and helpful individual. I do realize it is a new facility however they are so very much on top of everything. Cleanest storage facility I’ve ever rented from and I have rented several in my life. If I ever find myself needing a place in Las Cruces I hope Cheyanne is still there because I would rent from her without hesitation. Thank you for a great start to finish experience!

Maria OI made a reservation and picked my locations. I then received notification that I needed to go to 200 N Solano Dr instead of the Telshor location in Las Cruces. I sat at the Solano location for 40 mins, door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. I called the Telshor location and thankfully he called a couple people for me to help, so kudos to that guy. But then, I had to drive to ANOTHER location to finally pick up a trailer. So, not a great time and I was not given any discounts or anything for the huge run around that delayed my plans horrendously. The guy at Northrise was very nice though so I was grateful for that. But whoever went missing at the Solano Dr office, that was completely unprofessional. There was also another couple that drove up that had to sit and wait too and when I was on the phone with the regional manager, I asked if she could help the couple that are also here waiting and she didn't, she told them to look up the website.
CAROL DI rented a 10 ft truck with a car dolly to pull my car. I was traveling close to 14 hours. One side of the strap holding my car came loose twice, the second time the chain also came off and my car moved up on the dolly. I had to stop at another location in Farmington for it to be fixed. The employee in Farmington fixed it and it didn’t come loose at all from Farmington to Utah. That could have been a very dangerous situation for me and my family. I will never use u-haul again if they allow employees that don’t know what they’re doing put a car on a dolly that’s traveling 14 hours. I am so upset and disappointment.
Amanda SWhere I got the truck, the two men decided to tie the chain in the wheel and the chain had to be cut as it got tight and could not come off. The men where very old and not sure they knew what to do. There should be someone who actually knows what to do.

RUBY MCharged me for initial bill that was already paid. Over charged by $200, tried saying it was the banks fault but clearly shows that she o we charged now I have to wait til it is no longer pending in a few days to dispute the General manager’s mistake.

Ma GEverybody was very professional and pleasant, from ordering over the phone to the in-person customer service. On the spur of the moment, we decided to rent a truck and empty a storage locker, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Daniel E | Online Move InInitially reserved the trailer at one location and it wasn’t available at that location. I did not receive notice that it wasn’t available 3 days prior to pick up. Customer service comped me miles and a day but it would have been nice to know the trailer wasn’t available with more warning.

DOUGLAS QThere was no staff at the time, we had to wait a bit. I came from OUT OF STATE and 45 minutes before my pick up time I receive a text from the U-Haul office stating that I need a letter or piece of mail (such as a utility bill) which matches my drivers license with such LITTLE warning, I did not have a utility bill to “prove my residency. Therefore, my disabled brother had to use his address and place him as the principal driver. My account and reservation had to be completely re-created. Lastly, when your staff asks for the address to the location they are driving to, I recommend your staff explain “why” they are asking for the address.

Martin M | First ImpressionsI drove 10 miles exactly but was still charged for 2 gallons of gas. $10 isn’t a big deal I don’t care about the money but to justifiably say that we need to charge you 2 gallons of gas for 10 miles? It’s not like I left the car idling either. It’s just nonsense to say I drove 10 miles and used 1.5 gallons of gas. Do your trucks really only offer 5 miles a gallon? Absurd.
JOSHUA HThe location was ok, but the equipment was subpar. First blowout at 160mi. Next tire came apart about 450mi mark.Was dissatisfied as first location did not have any dollys available. Made me another reservation at another location. Was not able to pick up as no one present. This was the third location i had to go to, only to get one with bad tires
