The car dolly does not fit camaros. You tell them what you are using it for, they let you rent it, and you find out when you try to get your car on it that your car doesn't fit. They still take your money even though you couldn't use it.

The equipment was rusted. I had to have the lot attendant swap out tires. The trailer was beat to shit. I have rent one way alot from uhaul, this was the worst equipment by far.

The return by qr code was not explained at all. I was told you can come in and scan it and done. Turns out I scan, then I had to download the app. Which I wouldn't have mind, but then it doesn't work. Try signing up and that didn't work. Tried as a guess and nothing. Had to make a call to report it dropped off. Wasted time trying figure it out. The service was excellent and equipment was great.

- Ensure that equipment (like auto trailers) isn’t in need of repairs at the time of pickup. I lost nearly 45 minutes due to this issue and various staff members were rude/dismissive about it. - Thoroughly explain to the customer that they cannot pick up an auto trailer with a personally owned truck BEFORE they take the time to come pick it up. - Appoint more than one staff member for the inside desk. Everytime I came in, I was forced to wait until the employee got off the phone.

Have more staff available. Two clerks were working but there were several customers waiting to be helped, including myself. If this was a busy time at this location, perhaps additional staff should be scheduled.

Making sure you have what was pre-ordered, I reserved a furniture dolly and a regular dolly and there was none available. Other than that service was excellent. Quick as well.

I needed a 26’ truck to move from San Luis, Az to Yuma, Az. I placed my order in San Luis but had to drive 30 miles to pick up the truck and was charged for the extra mileage. It wasn’t fair and it was inconvenient to me.

Early mornings not staffed correctly, I know this because I rented a local truck here 3 weeks ago. Pick up and return between 8am and 11 am. More customers waiting around for trucks or returning with only 2 staff.

The outside return process and check-in areas are confusing for first-time visitors. The staff is limited (1) and he didn't offer directions or how to return our truck. Very busy facility for only having one person working in the store. On the first truck given to us, both front tires were almost bald and one tire had a screw in the tire. So I requested another vehicle and luckily they had another one in their pool.

Train employees better. Asked employee is it cheaper to bring the truck back instead of one way got overcharged. Promise a military discount then be told there was none for in town rates only out of town. Just to be told by uhaul customer service there is no military discount. Truck had no gas in barely a quarter of a tank but want to try force you fill up gas tank by threatninh a 40$ surcharge for not having gas at actual quartertank upon return.

The Yuma location was WAY better than we expected! The signs were very clear as to where to go & what to do. The staff was fantastic! Better than we have experienced at any other U-Haul location-and we’re former military!

Multiple issues with rental situation from start to finish. Why in gods name would my dolly and furniture pads be due 2 days prior to the truck. Forced to pick up my truck a day earlier than requested. This Absolutely shit service in Yuma Arizona.

To tell customers the right amount to cuz I paid $100 just for two and a half hours and the sign said $19.99 plus mileage. Next time if I want something hauled I'd rather pay somebody than to pay $100 to this company.
