We were a little upset, to say the least that our ubox was delivered to this location & not one closer where we bought a townhouse. Also we had problems with uhaul.com & movinghelp.com, but the Manager Alfonso was wonderful. Unfortunately, by the time we got to his location, Alfonso got subjected to our anger, skepticism & upsetment. He explained why our ubox was sent there & spent time on the phone trying to fix everything. Ultimately, we ended up renting a truck from him to move the contents of our ubox. He also explained about hitches & bike racks to us, which we will come back for. Alfonso also sold us a new propane tank with gas for our new grill. We sometimes found it difficult to get someone at this location to answer the phone, because they need more employees, but going in to get help was great. We were & can be difficult customers (we are from the east coast) but Alfonso really worked hard to satisfy us. He is pleasant to deal with & made us very happy we came to this location.CHARLES L.
We were not informed of Uhaul's â€œinsuranceâ€ rule when reserving a vehicle. Not even a mention. When picking up vehicle we were told we â€œmustâ€ pay $10.00 daily insurance fee and that Uhaul would not honor â€œany other insuranceâ€. Total BS!Philip W.
A little disappointed, it was a Saturday morning probably the busiest moving day of the week and there was only one employee working. There was damage on the truck that wasn't photographed, I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to speak with employee about it then the link to the app had expired so I was unable to upload new photo, tried to call 1-800 number and was on hold for 30 minutes finally hung up in frustration and left. When I attempted to return the truck again link that I was given didn't work, wanted me to create an account and when I attempted to call 1 800 number was on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer.ERIC W.

I was charged 2 days just because employees decided to close the store early that same day. On feb 11,2021 at 5:14pm I rented a small motorcycle trailer the employee who helped me said i had 24 hrs to returned the trailer. I did mentioned to him that i would bring the trailer back soon that same day. I was advice that that the store closes at 7pm. I got there at 7pm sharp and store was close and there was no one there looks to me that store was closed early even if i gotvthere a min early at 6:59 same thing would of happened no body would of been there to help me out I even drove inside the building so camaras could see my truck and trailer. So I went back home today feb 12.2021 I got a call from alex at uhal and i explain the situatation what had happenes last night that the store was close before 7pmhe said to bring in the trailer back and to get my deposite back i went back at 12:14pm less than 24hrs after and got charged for 2 days I spoke with manager Alfonso Garcia and i explained to him what had happened to check his camaras or to find out what time his employes left last night I even said that why would your customer havento pay extra late fees just because closing employees decided to go home early. The fact of the matter is that I was there at 7pm sharp! There wasnt no one atvthat time like i said even if i hot there a min early at 6:58 nno one would of help meI parked in front of camaras just so i can be recorded and not get charged late fees. Iam vert desapointed at manager Alfonso Garcia managing skills he also said that this is not the first tine closing store early. I have a copy saying I had 24hrs to return the trailer Alfonso Garcia didnt care I hope i get a response back thank youRICHARD F.
