The trailer itself was great, it was the young man who hung up on me Thursday morning (5/15) at 7:10 am. He did not understand the question I was asking and began to have a lot of attitude. When I explained the question in a different way he finally answered. I said “thank you” and he hung up the phone. Terrible customer service and I will be sure to use a different location in the future

There was food in the vehicle and someone's jacket that I found when I got home.. everything g was behind the seats.

The lady that helped at check out was great and friendly. She hooked up the trailer and was very pleasant. Upon return a young man came and helped me promptly to disconnect and put the trailer back but he was not was not very welcoming. Even though he helped greatly he seemed more annoyed when helping and didn’t really say much even when I was trying to talk to him and say thank you.

The trailer I rented is advertised as a 6x12 trailer with ramps. When in fact you cannot drive anything wider then 55 inches onto the striker due to the gate and design of the loadening end of the trailer. I rented this to pick up a 60in deck lawnmower. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up and could not drive the mower onto the troller due to the ramps and ramp end of trailer not being 60in. I felt like this is a misrepresentation of the advertisement size that I rented. I wasted $45 and 1.5 hrs of my time. I’m am not happy with the experience at all.

I have never had a problem at this location before. This experience was terrible. The person assisted me asked where I was going, with no explanation for this question. I thought she meant where I'm dropping off the trailer-nope, she meant where I'm going to use the trailer. I've never been asked this before and she would not help explain the question. Another staff member had to step in to clarify. Then my order had a utility dolly, which they said wasn't on my order. I called it a furniture dolly-semantics. They kept telling me that it wasn't on my order and that I'd just have to buy one. I tried to show her on my Uhaul app that I had a utility dolly scheduled and she wouldn't even look at the app and just walked away without saying anything. I asked if we were just giving up here or what? Then the apparent senior person stepped in and chastised me and said that she was going to get the dolly and threatened to cancel the rental multiple times. How was I supposed to know what she was doing, she just walked away without saying a word. As noted above, terrible experience at this location and I've rented from here multiple times and never had a problem before.

The girl that took care of me seemed not wanting tong to be bothered helping . Her bad attitude/ vibe made me almost second guess on renting the piece of equipment. But the guy that was working that day was great. He was the one that I met upon returning the equipment and was very helpful with a positive attitude

20 minutes waiting to pickup. 2 workers with 1 being a manager. Manager was friendly but left to get a storage unit ready for other guest. Female worker just chatted with that guest while line built up. Female worker complained about how many customers there was. Wasn't given clear instructions about pickup location and had to go back in and ask which one was my truck. Was just told it's out front. Wasn't informed about drop off procedure, thankfully partner knew from last experience. Disappointed from experience, hoping for better.

Reserved a 15’ truck for pick up at the Hamburg location. The site redirected me to the orchard park location as the Hamburg would not have the size I wanted. When I arrived for pick up I was informed they only had 20’ trucks left so I had to take that.

Tire was almost flat. Could not find keys. Girl at counter was GREAT. Truck was kinda beat/dirty/broke but did not fail at anything. I put air in tire instead of waiting for help I did not feel I would get in a timely manner.

I think the mileage SHOULD be included in the rental price. When you pay $188.78 for renting a large truck and then have to pay an additional $120.37 for mileage is extremely costly. Heaven forbid someone has to move cross country!

The vehicle worked well for our purpose. The reservation process worked well, as did the pickup process. I drove 43 miles during the use of the vehicle but the gas gauge did not move off of "full". I topped-off the tank at the end of the day and returned it full. I noted to the employees at the rental office that they gas gauge may not be working on the vehicle that I rented.

The tires were very bad for driving in the winter. Even when there was little to no snow the truck would loose traction easily. If the tires were actually winter tires it would’ve been a perfect experience

Very friendly service. Fast, but complete care which was appreciated since the emergency urgent need to move my parents sprang up very suddenly. Super polite suggestions on how to make move easier, and what products might aid us- which turned out to be spot on! I'd reuse this location anytime I have moving needs! Great job all!!

Make sure the truck windshield, rear bumper etc is free is snow and ice. Put winter wiper blades on, truck had summer blades and they kept freezing up.

My truck was parked in a spot that took me 30 minutes to get out of, sandwiched inbetween multiple other trucks with no room on either side or behind it. Absolutely unacceptable, this was either a set up to have someone crash a truck or complete incompetence by the staff. Horrible experience and will tell everyone I know

Honestly the narrow stairs made it very hard to move and the lack of elevator, etc. between that and uhaul changing where I was supposed to pick up my truck less than 12 hours before my move was very unfortunate and caused a lot of additional work. I would never use u haul again

I come to this facility for all my moving needs. In the last year or so I have had to rent a truck, van, even pickup trucks for one reason or another. I have rented at least a dozen times from them, even a storage unit. Every single time I needed a specific type vehicle, they had it. The staff at this facility are very friendly and patient, and they really know their jobs well. The people that work here are what makes me come back here. Thanks for all you do to make a little part of my life easier.

I love this uhaul facility. The people are friendly and very helpful. They gave good suggestions and even helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure of what I needed. They asked me the right questions to figure out what I would need for storage and they were right, it's the perfect size for what I need.

I have not received an email yet confirming that I have vacated the storage unit. Also I was told that I should be receiving a refund for the last payment since it was posted on the same day we vacated the unit. Otherwise the experience was very good

My unit had a rusted out door that scratched some of my items and dropped rust particles on my things. It was a storage trailer sitting on the ground, so, in the winter, it was basically inaccessible. The unit leaked water in the far back corner that I never knew for 2 years. Fortunately I had my furniture wrapped in plastic because there were PUDDLES of sitting water and my furniture was damaged. I didn’t have the insurance apparently, event though I was paying a lot per month for the unit, and basically was handed a pamphlet and told too bad. Glad to be out of there.

My storage unit leaks & some of my stuff was wet. It didn't flood, these items were up on that shelf in the back of the storage unit. I thought putting my more important items there would save them from a flood. I still have to check to make sure nothing was ruined.

I was given a quote and order number over the phone. Upon arrival I was told that what I booked was not an option and I'd have to pay significantly more. After being transferred back and forth between departments, and absolutely no accommodation by the Orchard Park site, I ended up leaving with my items and canceling completely. I'm extremely disappointed and this put a huge strain on my family while we are moving.

The inconvenience of getting into the storage unit between ur open hours madebit difficult since I work second shift and it woukd have been more convenient to stop on way home from work. But the fees/fines u gave for being in my unit after hours is the most ridiculous thing I have heard of with storage units. Which is the reason for me leaving!!! So those fines need to be addressed along with ur access hours.

No elevator service to second floor storage units. I am disabled and this made it very difficult.

We were extremely impressed with the facility and staff. We stored on the second floor because we were concerned of potential dampness, however, after several visits we learned that due to climate control we were doubtful that would have been a concern. The facility was kept clean and safe. The staff extremely polite, helpful and professional. It would have been nice to have lighting inside the "stall" but not an absolute necessity, otherwise the overall facility was well lit. The price was comparable to other local storage places but far exceeded the quality of the metal free standing storage sheds we had visited at the time. I hated to leave but my wife said I was out of the dog house and I could now return home (just kidding!). Wayne

So far, so good. Just moved in!! Pleasing and approachable staff. Good location, hours, security and parking . Clean and dry (not damp) inside storage area. A service elevator would be nice to access second floor areas and a little better lighting inside the cubicals, but neither are necessary. The rental price is comparable to another facility I checked out but I found this a better facility. I give this place a thumbs up.

We rented an upper 10x10 and a lower 15x10 unit. We were NOT told that the upper unit had a huge roof support beam running through the unit. When we checked in, we asked for another unit without a beam. We were told they only had smaller units available without the beam. This should have been disclosed before hand.

I had problems since day 1 getting into the building to access our units. Then, the last 2 weeks we couldn't get in without an employee opening the door, which made moving everything out difficult.

During the entire time I had my storage unit, I cannot think of a single instance when I was not fully satisfied with the facility and the staff. I was always treated courteously and professionally, and any questions I had were answered quickly and completely. I ended my rental because I no longer required it, but would not hesitate to return if I needed one again. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my experience with U-Haul of Orchard Park.
