Make sure paperwork matches truck

It was the first time I ever was in and out in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, bad customer service. The guy was grouchy checking me in then I proceeded to the trailer where they hook it up and "pre-op" the trailer for you. I hopped in my truck and ran lights and blinkers, the guy said it was good but I noticed as the sun went down that I had no running lights on the trailer which would've caused me to get a ticket had I not caught it in time. Don't cut corners on operational checklists, that's how people die.

A more secure location for the loading dolly plastic lock should be provided. Because the lock is easily dislodged, I was charged for a loading dolly I did not actually use.

I was very disappointed that when I returned the vehicle I had to pAy another 19.00.i was under the impression I had paid in full up front and I returned it with a full tank of gas. I should have been told up front that there could be additional costs. Dry disappointed. I also told them I would have it back by 11:00 AM and I had it back prior and they wanted to charge me for another day even though I was told I would not have to pay for another day. Very disappointed...not sure I would recommend or rent there again.

*Back up computer generated fuel levels with a visual verification inside the vehicle as well, to avoid re-fuel confusion and erroneous charges. West Seneca location was excellent about refunding the fuel charges when questioned. Extremely friendly service and very simple to rent, use and return a vehicle. Will definitely use this location again.

So many problems regarding this experience I don’t know where to begin. I’ll be contacting customer service once again and hopefully I don’t get “disconnected” again. But like the service rep at the store said I don’t wanna be “double dipping” even though it was a big inconvenience for myself and had to pay more for U-Hauls screw up.



Customer should receive a clean trailer



Truck had just over 3\4 tank of gas. I just figured that was as far as the needle went until I went to fill it up when I was finished and the truck ended up taking $25 in gas when I only used about $10 of gas. Not happy about the hole situation and I even said something to the guy when I returned the truck and kinda said it was my fault and offered no kinda restitution. Not cool at all and not happy about it.

Bronda and Colin were of great help for me in returning my equipment and setting up a storage rental to use. They went above and beyond any expectations I had, I will definitely be telling others in the area to go to this location



Don't rent out a truck that smells like a brewery, has broken furniture pieces in it and most importantly that has a broken outside right mirror that leaves you completely blind on the right side of the truck. Another tip, when a customer tells you about this, at least call them and act like it even matters to you a little bit.

no one went over the truck with me to show me things. I actually got in the wrong truck because they didn't tell me which truck was mine. then when I cashed out the man who cast me out was very short-tempered. my only question was why can't I swipe my card so it's not on hold because I paid cash. and he got snippy about it.

I returned my truck after hours. My son and I both checked to make sure we had the correct amount of gas to return. When I received my revised contract in the morning it was incorrect. I emailed the contact person and it was handled right away. I have used this location always when someone in our family moves and will continue to do so based on how we are treated. The staff does a great job.

They stepped up to assist after my original location called and said my truck wa not there! Then they wanted me to go into Buffalo to get my truck. I live and am moving South of Buffalo. Weat Seneca was very accommodating on short notice! Kudos to them.



The woman behind the counter was beyond rude. My reservation was not ready. I took the time to do express check in. Nothing was saved in the system and she continued to argue with me. She kept telling me my credit card expired in 1999...I wasn’t even old enough to have a credit card in 1999. Not only was your customer service unacceptable but the truck was as well. There is no way the tires would pass a state inspection. They were visibly bald and you could feel it while driving. The transmission was slipping. Luckily it was for a local move...Definitely did not feel safe! Will use Budget in the future.

Billing and payment need to be updated. I paid $73.37, which included 15 miles, in the store and when I did the self check-in after the use of the truck, it charged me again for the full price of $126.77. All I should have been charged when I brought the truck back is the overage in miles (23 x .79 = $18.17). The overage charged caused an overdraft on my account which will cost me $38.50. I am completely not happy
