ANGELA HThe lady at the desk was on the phone on hold on speaker when we arrived and greeted us and asked us to please wait then in a few minutes asked if we were there to return or pick up. We said pick up and she checked her computer and started our paperwork. She then started typing a lot and then told me “Oh, sorry, trying to finish a report - you understand?” And once our paperwork was finally finished and paid for she told us to go outside and wait by the trailer and she would be there in a few minutes. As we walked out the person on the other end of the phone came on and she was addressing business issues that seemed to be going to take some time. Thank goodness another young gentleman came by and asked if we needed help and got us hooked up and checked out. Otherwise I do not know how long it would have been before she would have been able to get off the phone to come help us.

But I this day I did not get good reports from the team on how they were treated. Dirty truck, no medium boxes, and check in was rocky. The person on the phone could use some coaching. I love uhaul and three points is a great location. But don’t lose that charm over there. Remember you not one of those Austin stores.
Jacob WWhen I reserved the truck I also reserved 2 doz furniture blankets. When we went to get the truck we were told there were no blankets available. We ended up going to another location in the other direction when we realized we needed some mattress bags. This location had furniture blankets. They told us that even though the on-line reservation site indicates you can reserve blankets, you really can't and they are a first come, first served item. U-Haul should take the option to reserve these off the site since apparently you really cannot.

When I reserved the truck, staff was helpful, when I picked up the truck staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and when I returned the truck staff was nice polite and helpful.
NINA CHave not been to three points in a minute. Apparently it was perfect timing. The guy who turned this whole store around is heading out of state. He took a messy dirt lot of a store and turned it into an awesome location to get some good trucks. We will miss you Sal. Dede was such a welcome site there as well. She and Esmeralda always have warm smiles and good conversation. Keep it up three points.
Jacob WI rent from this location frequently, as they are conveniently located to my business. More often, than not, when they assign a truck for my rental it's buried in the back of the lot behind other trucks. This means that I have wait for someone to move trucks out of the way. Yesterday, it happened again and I just asked for a truck that wasn't blocked in (you would think this would be common sense). The person who switched trucks, didn't update my reservation on the automated text system so I had to go back in the shop again. Another waste of time. Lastly, the truck that I ended up using had 1/4 tank of gas when I left the lot so I had to stop to get gas before I could head out to the job that I needed the truck for. Another waste of time.
Jeffrey FLet customers know how much it's going to cost before they rent. I recently re wanted a truck, went total of 10 miles and was charged for mileage and gas and other fees. My $20 rental turned into $50.

THERESA TIn advance I made a reservation for an appliance dolly, utility dolly, and a four-wheel dolly. The four-wheel Dolly was not available and that made things extremely difficult. Two items were damaged slightly because of this.
CHRISTOPHER VThe truck had a strong odor of marijuana. Out of fear I topped off the tank, which was on the F. But after putting in 22 gallons, I realized the Gauge went WAY over the F. 22 gallons for 59 miles. I got screwed. I wanted to talk to an employee but got the cold shoulder, after standing in the office for several minutes.
MICHAEL DPick up was good. Agent was friendly. Had to look for the vehicle in the lot by myself. It was parked very tightly between to other trucks so I had to climb in from the passenger side. Also had to carry the furniture dolly to the vehicle myself. Felt like the young man could have done that since I was the only customer there. When I returned the vehicle the store was still open so I parked it under the marked location for return. Signage indicated someone would come out to inspect the vehicle. No one did so I went inside. When I opened the door there were two men at the desk talking one sitting and one standing. The young man who was there when I picked up the truck was also there but was actually moving things within the store. The other two looked as though they were not working. Everyone may have had a hard day but it wasn’t a good look.
JUDITH BWhen I returned the truck at 5:58 pm (I was supposed to have it until 6 pm), the person at the counter asked me if I payed with card, which I did, so he told me that I was good to go, so I left just like that. When I was on my way home I got a notification from my bank with an extra charge for $28, by checking in my email apparently they charged me for dropping the truck 28 min later, which wasn’t the case. So the people at the counter just didn’t do their job, and they were not even busy.
DANIEL TI picked the truck up at 9:42 AM, returned it that night, the app didn't work allowing me to officially return the truck, so it told me to just drop the keys in the drop box. They recorded the return at 9:50 AM the next morning and then charged me for a 2nd day. You see the keys in the drop box, that means I left it overnight! Now I'm dealing with getting my money back for the 2nd day charge.

LATOYA BI would have rated excellent except while checking in through self check in online i had to go to counter to ask that they pull the truck out. And i had to pull and load both dolly's that i reserved to the truck. Excellent customer service would have been me only needing to get the keys with check in and dollys purchased being already on the truck loaded ready to go. Overall every worker I encountered was respectful and fast. The online check in and check out option is a life saver.

ANTONY CYou should give some sort of an emergency discount for customers who need to rent a U-haul for an emergency. Our house burned to the ground last week with all of our treasured belongings of 25 years. We also lost 3 pets. The last thing we needed was an added expense plus mileage. WE did not have a lot of time to look around at other truck facilities because it was an emergency situation. Even 10% would have been a blessing. When we asked about it in the store they were very rude and had absolutely no compassion. We use U-haul all the time for my work, but I will be changing rental truck companies now. We also asked to speak to the manager about a little discount and they said it is what is so they did not even call a manager.
JEFFREY PI was missing the furniture pads I ordered, they were not in the truck and seems like I was charged for them. So now, I’ve got to contact U-Haul so they can resolve the charge.

I turned it in and the receiver sent me a receipt, saying something on the left rear was returned damaged! THAT is BS! I returned it exactly as I received it! Be very careful renting from U-Haul! Fabricated damage may follow you!
Bob BThe designated truck wasn’t where it was supposed to be for after hours pickup. Starting the process online checked me in and started the clock, then I see that the truck is sandwiched between two others so I have to waste time and gas coming back and forth to pick up the truck at office hours anyway. The guy on the phone afterward tried to tell me I was wrong even though I have pictures of where the truck was and the screenshots of where it was supposed to be per the online check in. The return process was also unclear and caused a giant time wasting mess. 0/10 for people doing their jobs but at least the guy in the office when I picked up the truck was on time, straightforward and helpful.
Allie ROur storage unit leaked which caused mold on our stuff. Rodents chewed through the wall and covered our stuff in urine and feces. Due to the holes roaches also got in and were in the unit. Our stuff is a total loss. I let the facility know and they just gave me a number to file a claim with insurance. So far I have not heard back from the insurance company.

My reservation for a drive unit was not accessible as it should be and was inconvenienced by this when moving truck was prepared to unload. Called the 1-800 u-haul number to verify and get reservation paid or okayed for move in, but seeing that this 3 point location is a "dealer", the more or less are independent of u-haul policy and guidelines, hence the reason why when I called the 1-800 number, they could not access or see any reservation account that I had. But was given the okay by 1-800 u haul to move in, because I was told that the truck I had was already rented out for the morning to another family, so I worked on unloading my belongings myself till 12 in the morning so as not to inconvenience the next family with their rental full of someone elses stuff still loaded on truck. I unloaded it and cleaned it out and turned in the key to drop box. The next morning before I was to go to location office, I had an emergency that took much of my morning, I checked my phone when I had the first chance and recieved a nasty message from the u haul location at 3 points stating that if I did not come pick up my stuff from location, that it was going to be throw into the dumpster and that I would be picking it up from in there if I did not get there in two hours, with two hours written again for added emphasis. I had to break off my emergency meeting, call the 800 number to advice them of this, drive back into town to save my belongings. when I get to location, I called the 800 number only to be told that 1-800 u haul has no control of this ' U-HAUL" business and there isnt anything they ( 1-800-u-haul ) could do for me and that I had to go into the office where I was treated inhumanely by the black woman with a severe attitude and nasty mouth whom only disrespected me over and over on getting her point across that u-haul has no business telling me what I could or could not do there at her location! Never in my life have I ever seen a what I thouth to be a reputable business represented in this manner and fashion! I feel even shameful for even attempting to do business here and will no longer ever set my eyes on this brand and will share my experience to the tee so that others may be warned of u-hauls business policy, practice and customer care that is non existent when even it comes at its worst from one of their one facility brandishing its own name, very shameful and u-haul does not even care to follow up with me to make sure that my belongings or even myself are ok,

The new girl wasn't properly trained and it showed as she did not know anything about any question I had and the assistant manager was trying to force me to do things I wasn't capable of even though I calmly told her I couldn't, she offered no help or solutions and only after calling the Uhaul hotline and having them speak to the manager was I able to get my unit hours later even though I reserved it in advance. They had a young male whose name I can't remember (starts with an A) and he was awesome, he should be running the place as he was able to locate a uhaul truck for me and had me driving off within the hour. The place is good but not the women in the store, she had a friend in there speaking loudly and using the speaker phone and talking to her as I was trying to give my information...very unprofessional If you use this place I hope you get the young man as he did business right

We had a storage unit for about 3 yrs. and the rates increased each year. I didn't see why since nothing change, no extra security, no lights within the unit or any extra maintenance.

I called the office and the guy who came keep saying he don’t work on this side this is not his job, he works on the other side this was not his job. I felt like as if I was inconveniencing him or something. I didn’t like that. Why wasn’t the unit cleaned before it was rented to me? So what he did was left the wood in there , closed the door and gave me a different unit number to use. Not standard practice I’m sure.

Went with a 28ft trailer inside the gate that took 30 min to get into only to find that the unit I was assigned already had a lock.after an hour someone finally came and said they didn't have any units that size and walked off. Won't go there every again.i am still waiting on my refund but I'll give it a few more days.

The online system rented an inaccessible space, but the onsite manager quickly got us into another unit so that we could back up the 26 ft truck and unload much easier. Such great customer service!!! The only suggestion would be that the storage facility wasn't as clean and well kept as I'd expected it to be...looks older and cluttered/ in disarray.

When I let her know I couldn’t get into the gate to retrieve the lock she stated I must for this current months even though we were returning the storage she the proceeded to argue about how it can’t be released until payment is made and come back tomorrow when the manager has returned. The next day I missed the call from the manager and when I called back she answers the phone but denies the conversation and refuses to let me speak to the manger not only that she denies me leaving the keys with her and says I need to return the lock. She rose her voice, lied and now I have to go back up there to argue with her. I am nine months pregnant on top of all of this. You need to have employees who want to do their job.
