Individual at the desk kept checking his cell phone while helping other customers, spent 15-20min in line waiting to be helped. the truck floor bed had a lot of dirt on it, when I indicated the truck was not clean, got hit with a 25$ clean up fee.
We had a great experience renting at this location. The price was great and the experience was very streamlined. We will be using this location again in the future.
Associate was helping a customer, 1 other person was ahead of me in line then another man came after me in line. The associate walked the customer she was helping out to the parking lot (I'm assuming to get whatever was being rented) then came back to the office and pulled the last male that was in line and asked if he was there X item. He said yes and then he proceeded to follow her back outside. They were gone for about 5-10 minutes while the gentleman ahead of us and myself were still waiting. During that time another male walked in to wait in line behind me. They both then came back into the office and she called him up to the counter to finish whatever paperwork he needed. It sounded like he needed to go to another location to pick up whatever he needed. While that was happening, another woman walked in and went into what looks like a lunch area but she also had a work desktop in there. The initial associate called up the next person in line and attended him. Then the second associate called me. The first associate finished with the 2nd man in line and now called the man that was behind me while I was waiting for the 2nd associates computer to work because it had frozen as soon as she turned it on. The man behind us was finished with his transaction before I was. The entire process from when I went into the office to when I left took approximately 45 minutes. If possible, it would speed up the process if more than one associate was working in the office or if that individual could stay in the office while a designated person outside can walk customers to locate their rental item. I also did not appreciate that the associate attended the last customer before the other 2 people in line ahead of him who had been clearly waiting much longer.
We were not told where to return the key. The drop box was moved to a location on the property that was completely strange and out of the way. Renting a vehicle was also an unorganized process.
I had ordered utilities dolly along with the truck. The lady outside said it was in the truck. I drove to the address to see that the utilities dolly was not in the truck but an appliance dolly. Then I had to go back to the location to grab the appliance dolly. Luckily I was only 2 miles away from the location.I believe they are understaffed or the communication is not so good within their TEAM. There was not another lady who apologized when I explained the situation to her. The location charged me for the extra miles though- I did not care as it was only around $4.
Key drop location needs a better sign. Very hard to locate at night. Other than that the experience was great.
In the end all was resolved, but after i rented a ford transit cargo van..i noticed a fowl odor..and upoj arriving at my home i found out that this vehicle was rented by fedex. It had 2 face masks with stains on them alongside many paper tissues inside the glovebox which led to fowl odor..i personally cleaned it myself wearing double gloves. Upon returning, i did speak to the manager in charge and she was very understanding and polite and apologized for it and was gonna look into it. I would definitely still recommend rental from there.
The van was good and clean but the lady helping customers was kind of a bitch

From start to finish, your staff have all given me outstanding service on both occasions I have visited. Communication was on point, this will be the only U-Haul location I will recommend to anyone who asks.
I was very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of this locations staff, not only helpful and patient with what may have been perceived as redundant questions, but by offering useful answers and options. This location was fine. The equipment was clean and worked. The employees were not friendly (borderline hostile.) The location on Research is dirtier but the employees are friendly and the location on Burnett is just as clean and the employees are great. I won't be going back to the Pflugerville location again.

The white mud was a bit rough! It was pouring down rain! Other than that yall were excellent, jeep up the good work!
My reservation was moved without my consent. When I called I was told it was because they didn't have any 15-foot trucks. I changed it back. On pick up day there were at least 6 15 foot trucks.
