Honestly, I wish that U boxes were a little bigger. This was absolutely a seamless process and it arrived five days early! We had to use a POD because of the size of some of our items, and the customer service wasn’t nearly as outstanding as you U-Haul. Kudos to you!!!

The folks working there were awesome and the facility is super clean, new and nice. However, the trailer I rented was in pretty bad shape. One of the straps was complete destroyed. I didn't trust it and had to add my own strap. And the one ratchet basically didn't work. I was pretty disappointed in the quality/maintenance of the trailer. When I mentioned it when I turned it in, he said he would make a note of it to get it replaced. I would have appreciated a discount on my rental as the equipment really wasn't want I paid for. So I want to ensure to give credit where it is due, Jennifer Allman at store 822085 was just amazing. She legit sat with me 3 hours trying to make calls to fix things, she even helped me get it all fixed with me not there she does everything in her power to ensure this was better for me. My service was not great but she deserves to be recognized because id send some one to her over and over. She needs a raise!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, amazing person, and went out of her way for me. Please give her the credit she deserves!!!! She went above and beyond

Not very happy with the original delivery of the box in Apache Junction. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, October 29. There were problems at U-Haul‘s end and they rescheduled it for Wednesday, October 30 between 11 AM and 1 PM in which the box did not arrive Till I believe 2:30 PM not very happy with that. We had people all lined up that actually came in from out of state for only a couple days to help load this. Every time we called U-Haul every customer service representative mentioned how they were having online computer issues. One customer service representative even told us the Box would be there in an hour without even looking at the driver’s location to see where they were at. Once they looked at the location after my daughter asked them about that. They noticed that the driver was only 15 minutes away, not one hour away. So was not happy about this whole situation hopefully will be happier with the delivery at the other end in Indiana.

This was by far the best customer service experience I have had yet with U-Haul. Ruben contacted me first to tell me what happened, and he followed up until the issue was resolved. It was a really annoying mistake of my box breaking, but the Ruben fixed the problem clearly and efficiently. Robert oversaw everything to make sure I was taken care of well by the U-Haul staff and movers. They arranged everything so I could come in, and did not make fun of me for bringing my kids. I was really impressed because it was the mistake of U-Haul at a different location in the first place, but they fixed it so that it was not a problem for me. I really liked their kind help, and efficient problem-solving… really great service.

The staff and manager here have been excellent. I have rented a couple of trailers as well and the service is fantastic. In fact, I just moved all my stuff from another storage facility to U-Haul because I have been so happy with their service, and I hate moving.

I love this location and the superior customer service that you receive there as opposed to a few other locations nearby where the staff is 'perfunctorily polite'. Very happy to go a little out of my way to get this type of service and the Adobe location provides it.

I called for pick up and you guys gave me an appointment at 12 pm on Monday. I showed up at 12 pm on Monday. The guys were busy loading a truck and said they would get to me when they could. At 2:15, they got my box out (which was sitting right there in front). It literally would have taken them 5 minutes to bring the box out to me so I could unload it. I was courteous and said thank you. Now I am writing you to tell you of your poor service, because you are asking me on this review. Why give me an ap;pointment and then make me wait 2 hours? Apparently you think your time is more important than mine. I make a couple million dollars a year. That's over $1000 an hour. 2 hours is obviously $2000 dollars. I feel you should refund me my money. The bill was about 1200 bucks. You don't have to pay me the last $800. Tim Krieger 612 308-6748

- The back door does NOT latch, I had to buy a cargo strap to keep it closed. -There was a smoked joint on the floor. -The front window had “Fuck me right now with a phone number” written on the windshield and dicks drawn on the windshield. Why doesn’t someone check these trucks before they are sent out???

I originally scheduled via the phone scheduler a pick up date of 9/30 and a return date of 10/6 and I was quoted for a one-way a fee of roughly $300. I noticed that the scheduler had the return date of 10/2 on the contract once I picked up the unit. I asked for that to be changed to 10/6 and unfortunately it wasn't...... Uhaul called me and stated I was over due for the drop off. I then spent over 1.0 hour trying to resolve the date and fee with no luck. I couldn't get anyone from the 7300 location to on the phone.. The phone scheduler submitted a request to have them call me back but I never heard from them. Ultimately I had to change my plans to move my items which screwed up my weekend plans. This was a total inconvenience and it cost me more money than I was originally quoted. Poor communication coupled with my inability to speak to the Scottsdale location created this... Never again.

UHaul did a great job getting my household goods from Portland, OR to Scottsdale, AZ...everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I did the absolute minimum amount of work, because UHaul's movers in Portland and Scottsdale did all the "heavy lifting!" I will use a UHaul UBox again next time I need to get things moved! Awesome!

The owner of this location is AMAZING! He really took care of me and made me feel important after recently ending a long term relationship and he didn’t even know! He unknowingly made the moving process so much softer for me. Thank you for being a kind hearted person while managing a respectful business.
