Will MI made a reservation online with a mobile check in for 8 hours when arriving the clerk argued with me even when I showed my confirmation when we were driving out of the lot I called the front desk because the gas was completely on E and that clerk said he was gonna email the receipt I could not see what the gas was quoted at so I called spoke to Lauren she said she would adjust the gas as they said there was 1/4 of a tank, when I left the lot I had to put $49 in the truck to be safe we would not run out, then this morning I received my receipt as we returned the truck at 6:45 last night when there office was closed they charged me for fuel!! I called and emailed and never received a response, this was the second time I used this location and each time there were problems. We will definitely not use this location again very poor customer service not professional at all
Tami RSometimes I think there was too much communication, that was confusing to track. One email said delivery would be delayed 2+ weeks, when I called to say I already had an earlier confirmed delivery date, they did not understand why I got the email. Also, every step of the way has a corresponding email, sometimes sent in duplicate. It's a lot to keep track. Overall, it's a wonderful service, with good staff on site and drivers, who do their best. They consistently have good intentions to deliver customer service!

Gary RIF NO furniture pads are opened/needed and No room for the pads to travel to the destination AND the pick up driver picks up the UBoxes while customer is NOT THERE, then make it easier for customer to just drop the off at nearest UHaul location. The customer service said this was an EXCEPTION made for us and we had to plead for this exception. It did work out OK after our pleading. The UBoxes were in great shape and worked very well! Every representative spoke great English and was very supportive. Thank you for ensuring this and for great follow up! I would definitely use UHAUL UBoxes over any competitor, again! Thank you!

Martin VRep in Scottsdale was very uninformed, unhelpful but friendly. All truck drivers were extremely professional. The app for Uhaul sucks. It made me agree to terms and conditions way too many times. People coordinating phone calls were also fantastic. Put some knowledgeable people at the counter!

JUAN CFrom the moment I checked in for my one day rental to the moment I returned my rental, I had a spectacular experience at this location. The gentleman who helped me, I believe his name is Terrence, was super knowledgeable, knew the product, and was able to answer all my “amateur“ questions. This location was awesome!!
Gary LLorrie assisted us and checked everything when we returned the truck. She was extremely pleasant and competent, which was a nice change from the experience we had the previous week. Unlike last time, there were no surprise charges two days later!
Natalie MUnfortunately I did not take a picture of the fuel tank level when I picked up the truck (way less than 1/4 tank). Put 25 gallons in truck and returned it with more fuel than it had initially and then was charged for 3 gallons of fuel. Extremely unhappy!! Waiting to see how Customer Service responds!

JUAN CI didn't realize that the smallest truck did not have a ramp. Had I known, I would have rented the larger size with a ramp. Perhaps that should be emphasized when customers select the smallest truck. I booked online. Otherwise everything was great!!!!

It was the first time I used storage facilities in my life and I didn't understand the process to arm/disarm the alarm via the kiosk (nor where it was located). A simple walk through would have gone a long way to ease my difficulties on my first visit.
MATHEW R | Overall ExperienceFirst: finding the instructions for check-in process were not easy to find. The PDF for the facility is huge and takes forever to download, so I couldn't wait for it. Also, it isn't friendly for a smart phone. U-Haul tries to drive the whole experience through the smart phone app, but then doesn't make the smart phone app work well. Second, after going into the office, the staff was really unhelpful. The guy was reclining at his chair (he, nor anyone else seemed busy), and I obviously didn't know what I was doing. But it was like pulling teeth to try to get information from him. He would answer questions, but I had to keep asking questions to get any answer (and they were always short answers). Biggest detail he didn't explain: make sure you check in and out of the storage unit at the keypad at the front door of the building, or at the keypad in the drive bay. It seems like it would be super easy to have a simple script that they follow just like when you check into a hotel. Here's where you park, here's how you get to the room, here's the pool, workout facility, and elevator, etc. So confused why this is not implemented? This seems like a process/management issue - not a staffing issue in my opinion.
