We arrived at the storage facility at 3:30. The office hours were 7am to 7pm however there was a handwritten note in the door that they were gone for the day. After calling the phone number on the handwritten note and being transferred several times (one of the agents we spoke to said there was nothing he could do and We should try back tomorrow) we finally got a call back from Shelby at the Hickey Rd, Saint John office who gave us the help we needed. It took us an hour on the phone before finally getting into the storage unit.

When I made the booking it would not allow me to create my account through the links and app as it would not allow me past the secondary contact details page. I tried calling and spoke with over 6 representatives in 2 hours with no assistance. I kept being transferred off to different departments before I had to go into a manned office 20 minutes away.

This last move was a challenging one, what was supposed to be a 10 day transition from one home to the next turned into 3 months, your team was there with storage solutions and truck rentals ...everything I owned was safe and secure during the transition period, I had access to it if needed and with your rental vehicle was able to safely transport it to my new home

Sharon Binns and her staff were very helpful and friendly, both with my rental storage unit dealings for 8 months, to answering all my questions, to my one day truck rental when I emptied the storage unit to move into our new home. Thank you for your good service, Steve Hiltz

I find it frustrating that when you try to call and book you can't get to local connections but end up at Uhaul central booking. Simple questions and enquiries are better answered by local people that actually are connected to the local facility

went first to place in valley but they were closed with a note on door saying that the operation was closed and to use the app (ok if you are teck friendly!!) or go to facility on hickey rd. As it happened I had to go that way any way so all worked out !
