the only issue I had was once in the winter easy access to my unit was not possible because it was not plowed out, but other than that all was fine !

We had a large climatized unit and were able to fit the majority of our home contents (with exception of lawn tractor, snowblower). We had no mold or mildew on any of our items after the year. It was easy to come and go when we needed to access the storage unit. I liked that we could use the u-haul app OR speak to someone directly when we needed to. We had our own insurance, but you can also purchase it through U-Haul. Overall a full 5 stars. No complaints!!
