John F | First ImpressionsAccident put my first load in wrong unit. I did pull up beside the correct one, then thought Ill pull ahead so the trailer is in front of the door - put, I went too far. I didn't notice until I came back with the 2nd load. I was tital confused why my lock was not on the door - i pulled up the door, tvis unit was empty and the floor was different. . Then I notice a lock on the unit to my right. I call U-Haul and they were very gracious and changed the unit number on my contract. I guess, I'm not the first to do this.

KWAME A | First ImpressionsI have had my storage unit before uhaul took it over therefore I did not pick it because it was uhaul. I originally picked the storage unit because the previous owners were very nice and easy to deal with unlike my experience since uhaul bought it.

We were using it for storage of totes as buying house sadly house buying had more issues then we knew so decided against it but we were 2 days later getting stuff out. I just think making someone pay whole month for 2 days is no exceptable.
