MARK HUpon arrival, the team could not find the rental truck keys despite our reservation, briefly delaying our progress. But more importantly, the keys were in the overnight dropbox, indicating that the truck had not been detailed or cleaned. The truck cab was filthy—something sticky was everywhere, even after using sanitation wipes. The back of the truck had also not been swept out. I'd recommend giving another facility a try before this one.
MARCUS BBrake warning came on while in the mountain, I was very concerned about being able to stop especially because the vehicles are all equipped with auto trans. These vehicles need to atleast have a manual trans option especially for situations like this if the brakes fail how else are you supposed to slow this thing down

NATHAN RYour out in the middle of nowhere. You charge 99 cents a mile and still make the customer pay to fill the gas back up that's bs. You say the truck is 10.95 to rent but it costs a hundred to rent it with all the bs fees and gas.

Still haven't received a bill for all the chargers. I was told the bill came to 300.00 and it was changed to card.

NAOMI MRates for units are too damn expensive go up the road get a 10x15 for nearly 100 a month. This place wants over 200 a month. They charge for every little thing including a dumpster fee. Do not go here bring back the flea market.

Erin SI think it is important to let your customer know of any price changes from the online rates before closing the deal. The representative at this location failed to do so because I changed the drop off location. I was made to pay an additional $30 from what I had agreed to online because of this. She also did not go over mileage with me and after drop off, I was charged another $30 for mileage. Customer service was very poor in my opinion from both the pick up and drop off locations.

ALEKSEI VWhen I moved in it was raining hard and we discovered about 10 holes in the roof of the storage unit that was soaking my furniture. The employees had to go up on a ladder and they did fix the problem. But my stuff got wet and no one offered any sort of solution for that. Couch was soaked.

Now I have to spend hours to call stupid customer service to get it refunded.

NATHAN RWhen I inquired about dropping off the used equipment at another location, the employee failed to explain there would be extra fees compared to returning it back to the original location. They simply said it would be no issue and continued the rental process. As a paying customer I would like to know these things and be able to make a choice myself. For future customers, all I would ask would be to relay this information upfront. Other than this issue the facility was clean, staff was friendly, and the rental process was well paced.

VICTOR FI was super frustrated that the truck I had reserved was not there. This was supposed to be a quick and easy process, and instead it took me over 20 minutes. U-haul customer service upgraded my vehicle for free, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I had reserved something and it wasn’t there. The truck I ended up getting had a messed up gear shift as well, and the lights in the dash would not turn on, so driving in the dark with it was not fun. Overall, terrible experience that makes me not want to use U-haul ever again.

The mechanic that came out because their 26' truck was lurching, shaking, and having trouble maintaining any speed above 50mph told us that the engine was barely capable of carrying it's own weight, let alone anything we were trying to move and keep driving it until it broke down. They took approximately 3 hours to send a mechanic in the middle of the night, forcing us to get a hotel, but refused to cover the cost. The only reason we used the storage facility is because they offered the first month free. When we had a need for a truck because ours broke down, they charged us around $180 for approximately an 8 hr rental, even though the truck they rented to us, sight unseen, claimed to be available for $20. We are thrilled to have our belongings removed from their facility and likely will never use them again.

dennis H | First ImpressionsWhen I arrived for initial check in for a storage unit, no employees were to be found for 10-15 min. When they were found, they were teenagers and were not tracking my reservation and assigned me a storage unit that was already occupied, which they cut open. It look 45 min or more from getting there to getting my storage unit. Further, due to the gutter and drainage design of the building my unit was in, rain water entered it (no telling how many times) and much of my possessions were damaged by water. At currently calculations it is over $6k in damage. Staff didn't have an answer for me as to what to do. I was essentially told that since I did not buy the insurance offered, its on me. I don't believe that the faulty design and/or condition of the unit I rented is on me. The unit that I had can't be rented to anyone else until fixed. I'd never use this facility again or recommend it.

Departing due to U-Haul discontinuing this type of rental, but turned out to be a good deal as we found storage for half the cost at a secure and covered facility.

There have been several reports of the same issues at this location. Nothing said or even a sorry for our situation we have. We will never be back and in know way will we ever tell someone to rent from uhaul again.

Your reservation line set me up to store my vehicle in a location that is insecure except for a few cameras. No locking gate for after hours! It is a flea market with a U-Haul business attached to it. It is not secure. I had no choice not time to move it. I'm literally depending on a guy who sleeps in their lot in his van to watch over it as he does for the flea market patrons things as kind of a barter for being able to live on the lot. While he seems honest it's not the point. You should not send someone to store a vehicle at an unsecured lot!. I'm only keeping it there for a week thank goodness but seriously?!!
