Erin S | Online Move InWhen I moved in it was raining hard and we discovered about 10 holes in the roof of the storage unit that was soaking my furniture. The employees had to go up on a ladder and they did fix the problem. But my stuff got wet and no one offered any sort of solution for that. Couch was soaked.
