I came to pick up the truck but it seems like she doesn't care about me, she works like a discrimination, I requested dolly online but when I came to pick up the truck they said first come first serve so why didn't they state it clearly when I requested? They told me to pick up the truck there but I can go to another place to pick up the dolly and pay for the dolly there, why do I have to drive a huge vehicle to go to another place to pick up dolly was 15 minutes away? And when returning they made me return the car and dolly to 2 different places? I will never go back to this horrible place again

KEECHA DStaff was rude and will to accommodate. I items got damage by water leaking in our unit. We informed the staff they only gave us a brochure to call the insurance company, never asked or was willing to change units. On move out date all of our belongs were damaged by water and mold. Never again we will go to U-Haul.

TIFFANY MI would not recommend the company or location. I booked in advance and was never told there was no dolly, I discovered at the after hours pickup. I should have been notified so I could cancel since I needed the dolly to move the washer and dryer. The location refused to help upon opening. The regional manager offered another odlly at a different location with a 3 mile credit. Yet, it was a 20 mile drive. I declined. After dropping off the key I received unauthorized charges for gas. Thankfully, I had proof that the vehicle was half empty at pickup, they tried to say it was full and returned half empty. Customer service eventually helped with the last situation. Everyone had amazing service to collect my money but after the service was paid the customer service went down hill on all ends.

JESSICA RI came in on 4/3 to rent a piece of equipment mini van and Iesha T has a very nasty demeanor she stated out loud if we (the customers) don't like something we can go get a rental from somewhere else. She doesn't interact with the customers she just sits there with a look on her face as if she doesn't want to be there. She is really bad for business with that negativity. She doesn't know if someone is having a good day or not and sometimes if you interact with someone with a pleasant demeanor it changes yours but she is totally the opposite. I will never rent from this location again because of her.

DENISE FThe receptionist took 20 minutes to even acknowledge me, then took another 10 to actually help me. U-Haul advertises all over "$19.95! $19.95! $19.95! $19.95!" Then with all the nonsense stuff tacked on my $20 rental hopped itself up to $106! Just incredible! $25 cleaning fee after using the van for 3 hours to move a couch and a dresser is the biggest load of BS I've ever heard. It's insane to have to pay PER MILE AND FILL UP THE GAS TANK after use! I will never ever ever be using U-haul again. Next time I'll just give my buddy $40 to move some stuff. U-Haul is a scam and a rip-off. Never again

TIMOTHY GThis location has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Upon entry instead of being greeted by the employee the young heavy set black male employee told me “ I’m not here” as I approached the counter. And to make sure I heard him he yelled it out again. I asked who was here and he replied “they in the back counting. Cash” it went down hill from there. The attendant who eventually helped me was also extremely rude. They don’t help with the vehicle tell you where to go find it and yell out fines if the tank isn’t back full.just rude rude rude! I will never go back to this location and I’m shocked this is a uhaul a national company. But they let these employees work here. They don’t care about your customers. But I guess it doesn’t matter so I will take my business elsewhere
RESTA RRude staff and your front office is a mess, We used to get propane from this location as well but the staff treats us like an inconvenience . This rental was for a business and could have been a reoccurring customer but I have decided We will use a different location or company in the future.

Nicholas KThe person Iesha, that was there closing the shop was rude from jump. Walked past and didn’t acknowledge us and I had to say something again to get her to respond! She finally came back and made her way away from us just to speak generally to the parties waiting for help instead of saying to whom needs to come forward or asking who’s first. Other than that the process was fairly easy. Iesha gave no eye contact and only gestured with her head to give instructions on where to go and what to do.
YVONNE YI’ve rented from this location in the past without issue. However, this time around I had an unpleasant experience. I was scheduled to pick my truck up at 8am and return the truck by 3pm. I signed up to use the mobile service but due to missing equipment I had to go into the office. There was only one person assisting customers so the wait was long. When I finally was being assisted I was given incorrect information regarding my payment method. Finally another lady was able to assist me. She told me there wasn’t anything wrong, gave me my dolly and told me I was good to go. All in all it took me 40 minutes to be able to leave with the van. Due to the delay in getting the day started I was late in returning my truck. Mind you, it was 3:10pm. tried to explain to the woman that I was late because the additional 40 minutes I lost in the morning due to her staff. But she did not care. Her response was”well I wasn’t here this morning”. I was informed that I would be charged for an additional day. When I asked who I could speak to regarding the matter she told me she was the only person I could speak to. When I asked for a corporate number she told me I could call 1800-Uhaul but they would just redirect me to her. Sue to this experience I will no longer utilize this location.

VINCENT BOverall experience (e.g., with vehicle registration and check out, equipment quality & cleanness, cost) was okay; however, was overcharged an additional rental day even though I returned vehicle on time. I was asked to leave the key in the vehicle and a receipt would be emailed to me. But the vehicle was not checked until about 20mins later, so I was charged a 2nd day rental. I was also called by a store rep stating that the vehicle was late and needed for another customer who would be picking up the vehicle soon. Additionally, one of your staff (I believe her name is Iesha) is unpleasant to interact with; could work on people skills, perhaps in need of some customer service training. Please address glitches in vehicle check-in process and coach-up staff in customer service skills. I use this store frequently due to location convenience and equipment quality.
BRIAN DThe back of the U-Haul was not clean at all it was full trash. When I arrived at my destination to move my stuff and open the back of the truck it was full of trash I had to remove the trash and then go back and start moving my stuff.

For the next customer, it would be helpful to ensure the truck is thoroughly cleaned and that all features, like the charging socket, are in working order. Thank you!
ISIAH KSome of the interactions with the staff were not pleasant. I’ve had phone calls with a woman who said she was a manger and had a very bad attitude and was very short and rude on the call. Other than that the staff I’ve seen at the desk in person was polite. But I would not use the service again

I moved from GA back to Alabama. I needed my refund for gas, my birthday and food. UHaul KEPT my refund. That's okay. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO START USING and SUPPORTING OTHER STORAGE BUSINESSES. The storage space is EMPTY, but they held tightly to my REFUND. GREED can cause a reputable business to loose valuable customers. F around and find out!

On 05/25/23 my card was charged for June's rent. That should not have happened. I called the office and was told that I had to come back to the store with my card in order to receive a refund which is a total inconveience due to me now being in another state for the next 30 days. I need this matter resolced before 30 days.

The grounds were not kept clean near my storage and there was always a large puddle of water in front of my storage when it rained. This was very aggravating. My feet got wet many times . Wow weeds are growing in front of my storage and all around everybody else’s storage. They really need to fix that standing water problem.

Had to wait 8 hours outside the gate when I was locked out by small margin and my belongings sitting at thd door. That was not a good experience for me.

Wyvenne R | Overall ExperienceI was asked to pay for a clicker for the gate that never worked. When I asked about it I was told that I would have to pay a monthly fee to continue use. This was not told to me upon renting the unit. Getting through to the store is a joke, I have been at the gate unable to get in and called the office only to be on an extended hold and once I go into the store the ladies were sitting around talking and laughing. When I vacated the unit yesterday Fozzy was pleasant. Also for some inconvenience I experienced I was supposed to get a $10 gift card and/or credit that I never received. No worries I’ll think twice before I use UHAUL again.

The parking lot is entirely too small. You can't even get the 26' foot truck down the aisle to your unit. I was not able to access the climate controlled unit with the code I created. I had to wait for someone to let me in and I was not able to get into my unit after hours because my code didn't work.

He told me to call road side assistance. I am a 66 year old senior, I paid $20 for assistance with help with the car dolly, plus insurance and did not receive it. I was very disappointed in U-Haul!
