Attempted to leave 2 items in the UHaul Re Use Area and was advised that i needed to move the items or be charged a 150.00 cleaning fee and I would not be able to move out until the items are moved from the area. I explained to the staff member that I was moving all items out after spending in excess in 25k in storage fees. The signage is still posted allowing you to leave items however I was forced to move items that I placed in the area. Due to this the rating was not a 5 Star Rating and created a bad impression on the entire transaction.
RODNEY L | Overall ExperienceThis location was great at handling things. My storage experience was awesome. My move from Florida a year ago was made easy by Uhaul in Riverdale. If needed in the future I will definitely be doing business again.
