jasmine g | Overall ExperienceFriday September 4th, 2026, I paid the storage bill around 6:48am. Understandable that I was late on the bill, I still paid soon as I remembered. The same day around 6:30 pm I rented a U-Haul because I knew I was moving some of my items out of the unit. As I approached the storage unit an extra red lock was on the storage. Of course I couldn’t get in. I head back to the front desk and told the employee, King that the red lock was on the storage. He proceeded to be a smart and say “Well did you pay the bill?” In which I replied I did before 7am the same morning. King told me I should still be able to get into the unit which I told him I could not! Being lazy and really didn’t want to take the red lock off the storage unit. King finally gets to the storage unit and says “ Have you tried unlocking it?” I told him “ How can I unlock the unit with the red lock on it? Nobody checked the system or did the rounds they were supposed to do!” King then replied “The managers get the notifications when payments are made.” I wouldn’t recommend a rat to live there at all. I have had two other incidents with this location. Just unprofessional, ghetto and lazy. Tamara and Thomas were nice and helpful when I did converse with them.

Reginald C | Overall ExperienceThat location says it has 24 hour access upon request and scan the QR code to register but the QR code site has been removed. If it isn’t a 24 hr location any more that would be nice if it is stated to customers before a contract is made.

But I did from this one coworker king, but the manager and everybody else I talked to they made it right. Never was rude or disrespectful not never been since I've been coming there. I thank y'all for rectifying the situation.. hreat job
