Lori HYour switching to a "customer having to do all the work" is disappointing. I am not super technologically inclined and this is something that will keep me from renting in the future. This whole process today was difficult and frustrating. I am very disappointed.

Donald JIt's hard for me to even think about the pickup location itself, the truck died on us several times and caused a huge financial loss to my production as well as a ton of stress.
Julia RI wanted to rent Cargo van Ram, but it wasn’t available. Instead GMC I drove which wasn’t big enough room to load my furniture, so 25 % less loaded than cargo van Ram. The side door for the back room didn’t close smoothly, and the floor wasn’t clean with stains.
HARUO SThe Uhaul App is TERRIBLE, but the guy behind the counter was very helpful at this location. Uhaul the corporation seems to be going downhill, but this location seems helpful.

Martha CI was severely inconvienced by the fact that on the confirmed reservation email I was sent, the address was wrong which took me way out of my way and added another 30 min round trip to my destination. This was. time that I did not have to spare. The address given was N. Rosemead, Altadena. There is no such address on N. Rosemead, resulting in the gps taking me way out of my way. When I explained this to the clerk at Uhaul upon my arrival, he said they WERE AWARE of that error and uhaul has not fixed it yet. This is negligence and shows a total disregard for the customers time and well-being. Whats up Uhaul? Its a simple fix.

ALIANNA SWhen the worker called about the truck drop off time I stated i was going to keep it longer. The female worker rudely restated the time that the truck needed to be brought back and someone else reserved the truck after me so i needed to return it asap. Rather than taking her frustration out on me because of a truck being booked that they didn't have try and explain to that customer that the original person that booked the truck is keeping it longer and find an alternative truck for that customer . Not professional at all with the approach she took.

ROBERT MMake sure customer knows to check and take a picture of fuel gauge before leaving. Our attendant told us and the contract is highlighted that the tank was full so before return we filled it. We traveled 13 miles total and spent $25.77 for 5.43 gallons of gas to fill the tank. Apparently it wasn't full before we left so we paid for 4 plus gallons (at 4.74/gal for a total of $19.00) more than we used and this was not credited back to us. Otherwise the van was clean and the attendant was thorough and friendly.
LAURIE BI need to extend my rental truck and was unable to from the general manager at the Rosemead location. I wanted to make payment agreements but couldn't no t sure why just couldn't because I wasn't allowed. I had trouble making it to location to drop off the truck instead I took it to the closest location to me I was charged an outrageous price for the rental instead of them helping me with the extended rental.
KIMBERLEE CThe billing on my last rental has become a nightmare. I've been charged for the rental, however ypur system is showing that my card is not taking the transaction. I walked our without a receipt. Please, please tell me ypu can fix this.
