First booked the location at 6 am and found out they open at 7, waited an hour and found out the staff forgot the store key, he was kindly telling us to wait for the manager to come. We and other customer wait for an hour and a half for the manager to come. I won't blame the staff about the key because everyone make mistake, but the manager was extremely not professional, he walk in in a very rude manner and serve the customer who just barely came.we ask him if he can serve us first, he just say you guy do self dispatch, and totally ignore us. As a manager if this is how he solve a situation i believe he need more training.

I brought the truck back a day early in good faith. I folded all of the blankets and place them in a clean order in the truck as well as cleaned out the back of the truck with the hopes of getting the $25 refund. The person at the Rosemead office was not helpful at all, and in fact a complete asshole. He did not offer the $25 rebate, he said that the gas tank was not listed per the agreement that I had, he charged an additional $19 for something that he said was one 16th off on the gas gauge. Further, he indicated that the mileage was over the expected amount on the contract. The contract mileage was for a different route that would’ve been more dangerous in these weather conditions. I was very disappointed at the service at this particular site, and will never do business with this company again. Next time, it’s Penske for me!

I paid for an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck. I called and spoke to Michael in Arizona and was later called by Vito at the Rosemead store. I told both that I didn’t want to go back for the dolly and to remove that charge from my bill. Guess what happened? I was still charged for the damn dolly. Double check everything! I will be calling their corporate office to complain unless they resolve this issue fast.

Truck dropped off in night drop, 6 days later we got an email they did not receive it. Went to location and we were told there was a glitch and that the truck was already rented out to somebody. Again, NOT acceptable!

Stuff is super friendly and nice, help me hook up trailer very patient. However when I return my trailer the location was a mess, I had to move other trailers to make room. Rated poor because the location is not enough space or have too much equipments, also because other customer don’t know where to put their returning equipments. Rent trailer few time at different uhaul locations, never have to move any other equipment to make room for my returning equipment. Will not go to this location again.

I reserved a car trailer at pico Rivera and I was forced to pick it up in Rosemead when I got there I had to wait in line forever even though I made reservations and then I had to buy an attachment for the trailer what was supposed to be $50 turned into $100 and I couldn't return it back to pick Rivera I had a go Back to Rosemead where it is very far from where here where I live the whole experience really sucked

Rented a truck for 2 days. Parked my vehicle on their lot - came back and it was as I had left it. The return process is definitely faster than the check-out. Thank you Mike. Customers need to give themselves plenty of time to conduct their business. There could be a line and the limited staff may be busy for a while.

Time is a luxury that few can afford. If your staff could spend more time educating a renter on how to operate the features of the cab [headlights, wipers, parking brake release, etc.] that would be great. This rental experience was overall very positive. Nicholas assisted on the check-out and did a good job of explaining the contract terms. Vito immediately processed the return as soon as I parked. My final charges were reviewed and a receipt was emailed. Did not have to go inside store and wait at the counter. I would rent from U-Haul and here again.
