I acquired service from this location twice in one week. The first time I spoke to multiple Representatives to reserve the truck and to pick it up after hours. I was not told anything about the check-in process and what that entailed, including the fact that you need to separate contact numbers for the mobile check-in to authorize your identity Etc. I think that the check-in process should be explained when you make the reservation over the phone. When I did arrive after hours to pick up the truck it was a hassle. The woman on the phone was rude and short with me, she told me that I was only able to make reservation an hour before I was to pick up the truck which didn't make very much sense to me, she ended up redoing the reservation on the spot. Then I ran into problems with the authentication process, it was late and I almost was unable to provide two contact numbers to prove my identity. Then, when attempting to get the key for the vehicle, it was not where it was supposed to be and I ended up waiting another 30 to 40 minutes for someone to come out and give me a key. Less than a week later I came back to give it another try and ran into more issues. The reservation was not made properly, the key was not there. Again. Someone had to come out and get the key for me. Again. It was a very frustrating experience and when I spoke to the manager there was no offering of a discount of any kind. I'm sorry to say but this seriously deters me from ever working with Uhaul again.

Before booking a reservation, make sure that the site is open so the customer’s time will not be wasted and be frustrated. Also it would be helpful to inform the clients ahead of time what to do in case the site is closed (if there is a lock box for keys) and to explain the rules regarding gas consumption.

No customer service, not helpful, lazy, and not welcoming at all. Made us feel as if we were bothering them. 3 men present, none felt the need to get up out of their chairs to show us the vehicle, or give instructions, or complete the walk thru. Instead of explaining or walking us thru the steps, they would laugh or smirk at our questions. We will not be going back to that location.

I leased the vehicle for one week and I was late about 2 hours to return. The guy said he had to charge me a full day of $90 additional. I questioned him why not $20 per day, he said he love to charge me $230 more for the over the mileage. Also the reception of the vehicle super not professional. He yelling at me “hey Sir, you need to move your truck, you cannot park it here, you need to move” I was return the vehicle and not block the drive way, only park to the new rental spot.

I was told the 15 foot truck gets 10-12 miles per gallon. I drove 36 miles so I filled it back up with 4 gallons. When I got back I was told I owed $14 in gas still! Your trucks waste gas if that’s what I still had to pay. Meaning your equipment is not well maintained.

Had my reservation changed. Uhaul did not hold up to their written and posted "guarantee" reservation or $50 refund. Instead, I had to file an appeal, and I suppose wait for them to decide if I qualify..???
