KATHLEEN LInform the customer that the pictures they take in your link they will no longer have access to once their done confirming said photos. Otherwise tell them to take pictures on there phone prior to going on your link and doing the same.

April SI tried to reserve the trailer on line but kept running into issues such as not knowing why the trailer was not offered to me at the location I wanted to pick it up when it should have told me that the trailer I was wanting was not available there. Tell me it's not available, don't just not list it. I went to another U-haul location and had them assist me make the reservation. He was helpful and made my reservation for me and got no business from it. Not at all happy with the online experience.
