William SChristine was very friendly and accommodating. She was very helpful a couple weeks ago when I needed to make some decisions. Their supply of boxes is awesome. My only complaint is that I reserved a furniture dolly and utility darling and we received an appliance dolly instead. I didn't know the difference. But the helping hands that we hired said the appliance dolly was too difficult to move around with the hard wheels and difficult to get up in and out of the house. They ended up not using it. Other than that my experience was excellent.

LEE AI would suggest you be certain that the battery cables are proplerly connected to their respective terminals before you rent these vehicles out. A loose cable caused the battery to not recharge and, later, my truck not to start. I was stuck for an hour waiting for your roadside service to jump me. I first reported that slow, sluggish start to your agent in St. Augustine when I first picked up the truck and he seemed unconcerned that it mattered. Me, not knowing trucks, accepted the vehicle. It barely started again when I was leaving St. Augustine and totally died in Tallahassee. My Tallahassee movers were delayed by 90 minutes.

I put below average because the price change implemented 3 months after we got our unit and for the audacity to charge that much while other better cleaner bigger places charge much less. I now pay $51 a month at safe storage near Walmart for a 10×10

The staff was so helpful and unlocked the facility doors so I could gain access to my indoor unit since the electronic system wasn’t working. They had to do it more than once and were so nice and helpful each time. I’ve had my items there for almost a whole year and had no problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

The driveways are cracked, unlevel, unsafe and dangerous, the storage buildings dated and worn with inconsistent, if any, of the proper cooling. It's time for U Haul to invest in this facility - a complete makeover or tear down and rebuild. The employees are great, the company does not adequately maintain the facility.

Jared was quite surprised when he saw all the dirt. 33 yrs, we were there. That's a lot of dirt. Sadly, some fabric items are completely ruined. Very disappointing, since we were the 6th unit to be rented when it opened. Over $24,000 spend there and lack of caring employees ruined some of our stuff. It's not Jared's fault, he hasn't even been there long enough to cause it. He was really polite and personable. I wish he'd been there sooner. I'm certain future renters will not have those same issues. Jared seems to be on top of things.

It was a wonderful experience, he made it so easy and helped us out with anything we needed. He and the other employees were very professional, they kept the establishment very clean and organized. We ended up needing a second storage unit a couple days later and looked around for prices but ended up going back to Jared and his crew, and again it was a wonderful experience. Shout out to these people if you need a storage unit or a uhaul rental, definitely make a drive down to them they will get you what you need!

Jason molock was very aggressive and cussed on the phone. He said he lives there and is always there…. He may live there but not there for business clearly. They completely lost all my information and I could not get to my unit, he did not attempt to apologize. He blamed it on the system they use, we spent 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. Will definitely not be recommending this business.

I was over charged by $600.00 my vehicles were NOT ready when promised, I was delayed a day leaving and was still charged full price. Just inexcusable!

Lelia R | First ImpressionsFor the most part I had no issues with uhaul storage, there were a few items that seemed to have mold or something similar on them when I was moving out my things, most of those items have been in there for almost two years and Didnt have an issue with moisture, so I don’t know if maybe there was a power outage or something. Also when I was trying to cancel my storage I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the store itself even though it was 2 hours before closing, I called multiple times as well as my mom, I was always transferred to someone in customer service. I don’t know why I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at that location. Other than that it was good.

From calling and emailing about payment to rental of trucks I have never had a problem and always have been happy with doing business there. Only reason I left is I moved further away from the facility and takes me 15 min or more to get there and it is no longer convenient for me to use. Have nothing but great things to say about this U-haul.

The property is in need of some attention mainly the concrete drives are cracking up and the doors of some of the outside units are hard to raise without them coming out of there track. Also the property is wayyy over crowded with rental trucks and trailers.

My only concern was that ants invaded our storage and were all over our things on the wall shared with unit 22. We were very careful to not put any sort of food/etc. in the unit that might attract pests. My guess is that unit 22 has something in it. Again, the staff was great. Unfortunately the pest invasion made it a bad experience.

Mark K | Online Move InAfter being a storage unit renter for over 2 years, using auto pay on my credit card, and a frequent renter of trucks by me and my son who own a business that requires truck rentals i checked out of my unit on the 29th of April, 2 days before the first. The employee gave me a receipt, showing no charge due for May. I advised him I was on auto pay and was worried that it might be taken out. He said no. Well, auto pay took the $170.00 for May. I called the local Uhaul number, talked to same employee, he said he was sorry but he couldn't do anything about it, and the manager was not available. I called the 1-800 number, and they said the local manager would call me within 72 hours. He did call, gave me the run around, said it had been more than 24 hours, so he couldn't do anything about it, and wouldn't do anything about it. I asked him if the unit was going to be rented now that it was empty, and he told me because it was no longer rented by me, it was available for rent. Wow. By the way, it took me 2 months to rent that unit in the first place, the larger units are always in demand. So I called back the 1-800 number, and was advised it was up to the local manager what would be done, and that was policy. I told them I wished to register a complaint about it, they advised me they would do so, and the local manager would respond to it within 72 hours. So far I have not received that phone call, which is just as well, it probably would not go well. I will NEVER use Uhaul again for anything, and will advise anyone who asks how poorly I was treated and how I was ripped off for $170.00 by Uhaul. Thank you for the opportunity to leave feedbakck.
