The employees here have no customer service skills whatsoever. I was outside waiting for someone to come check me out for almost 20mins, and when I called inside on my phone to see what was wrong, no one answered the phone and there were at least 2 employees there. The gentlemen who finally checked me out kind of yelled at me when I asked a question about the difference I’d be paying for the extra mileage, and sucked his teeth when I asked him about the authorization charge U-Haul originally charged me at the beginning of the rental. I wont be renting from this particular uhaul location anymore. However, the Koreatown Uhaul location is beyond exceptional with customer service, and they go the extra mile. Juan, the manager and all of his employees included. So I think I’ll just keep renting trucks from there.

I arrived at this location to pick up a trailer, ubox & 10ft truck & the ubox & trailer weren’t a available. They called the GM & he said I could have the one there. Rep Meme did paperwork & he called back to advise that I couldn’t take the equipment. I was pissed b/c I needed the equipment for today. Everyone in the store was very helpful & tried to find solutions about the problem. Corporate was worthless & they couldn’t do anything but give me a $50 credit to use on my order. The over the phone rep that was a manager was horrible like the GM at this location. Both didn’t have a solution for the problem. After trying to figure this out in the store on the phone with corporate, Meme suggested that we get the 4x8 closed in trailer which worked just fine. I was never made aware that there needed to be a fork lift driver at the location to get a UBox. If I would have been told that on my original pick up date which was Saturday I would have went that day. The store crew was AWESOME. However the GM & the reps over the phone were HORRIBLE. Maybe the company needs to send the GM of this location to a Customer Service class.

Employee was verbally abusive and called her mom that works there and they were all in our face screaming at us like if they were all going to jump us. All because we made a reservation and when we got there they dint have the 17’ so we asked if they can give us the next size up for the same price and we did not want to go to another location we were already behind schedule and far from the location we were going. So one of the employees called someone and they offered to try to get an approval the minute we asked if they can please do that the person on the phone said no! It all went down from that point on it got so bad they kicked us out from inside she said she was going to call the police instead she called her family that works there they came got in our faces I thought we were going to get beat up meanwhile that’s was going on I called customer service I was telling them you hear them that’s them in our faces screaming at us. We should of never gotten treated this way.

I needed to bring the truck back later but was told by call center that if I bring it back after 6:15pm I would be charged $47.00 when the location closes at 7:00pm. Shouldn’t be charged a late fee unless you come when office is closed.

Provide better customer service. Make the the contact of your office easier to contact. Return items left in the truck. Advise of changes in a timely manner. Don't make changes to orders the inconvenient and inconsiderate. Advise your customer service representative to adhere to what they say. Teach your customer service phone representative to be more willing to help and not to transfer calls to multiple representatives. The only reason I would not recommend this place is that your prices are WAY too high. I was only here due to the 30 day free storage after an out of state move.

Person who initially processed paperwork , was not friendly at all and the vehicle smelled like weed and cigarettes! My belongings now have a smell of smoke. Lastly the person who took the vehicle back did not greet me simply barked orders. Very unprofessional and disappointed with the service.

I began by reserving a 15 footer it was not available when I arrived I got a smaller truck for the day Today I check my accounts I was double charged for my transaction I have a total of 3 transactions against my card One for $65.79. Another for $69.37 And $3.23 for a pair of moving gloves I purchased

I've used this location several time.The trucks are always in good condition, washed and cleaned. the problem however is the lack is personnel. this causes long wait times in pickup and return.

They need to not make reservations if they don’t even have trucks to rent. Computers don’t work took 40 min just to check out a truck. Need more staff .

They did not know how to properly check in a customer. Then the mileage & gas was incorrect on paperwork tried to have it fixed twice didnt know how to correct it so advised customer service agent to sign per her coworker. They need more training.

Our church has a corporate account with u haul. Upon arrival to this location there were issues with computer system. We declined insurance but the system would not allow to remove on pick up. Upon return contract was modified and insurance was removed.

Made reservations on line to avoid long wait at time of pick up, got email with wrong pick up location!! Second pick up had partial information on reservation. Spend more than an hour waiting and giving info that i did on line.

The person that helped me was great, but she had no help and had to deal with multiple customers at once which made the process take 3 times longer than it should have. Also, I reserved online and used the express check in, which was supposed to "cut my time in half" but when I went to the location I still had to reserve as if I had just walked in. Made no sense and further dragged my time. Overall it wasn't as bad as most reviews show it to be and I will return in the future to do business.

Customer Service was poor both in Inglewood at 964 La Brea. Reps were on cellphoness the entire pickup time and instead of them helping me to secure another truck I had to do it myself. I hope I will never have to do business with uhaul again. I often rent uhuals for the company that I worked for and I will think of other options.
