VERY BAD TRUCKS NOT POWERFULL, VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY VERY EXPENSIVE, 250 DOLLARS FOR JUST 110 MILES AND FOR ABOUT 10 HOURS THAT I USED A TRUCK... WOULDNT DO IT AGAIN, "SUPPOSED YOU DRIVE" IS LESS EXPENSIVE I DONT KNOW WHY I WENT TO UHAUL. THANKS

I don't know why I got to be lectured to about why I should vote for Donald Trump and give $20 to his campaign just because I need to rent a moving van? He own the whole company now? Why you have your workers with they hands out like that? Seems mighty unprofessional, like referring to me as Sambo. I know what that means, boy. Don't need none ye crap just to borrow a moving van. Wash it up good Sambo they said so I don't have to pay no more cleaning charge. It's 2016 here but 1966 in truck rental time I spose eh?

My wife and I called the first time on 7/2/16, an agent by name of Sylvia, was extremely and blatantly rude, unprofessional and very unprepared to handle my questions. I got very upset by her disrespectful manner and unprofessionalism and asked to speak with her supervisor, instead she hanged up on me. In addition, she gave me a location that was closed on Sunday and was so far away from the location that I had originally requested. I had to call customer service yet again and finally Sergio was able to give me a location that was open and closer to the original request and by the time I picked up the truck two hours had been wasted. I have used U Haul several times in the past and I have not been treated like this until now. I wasted couple of hours that I could have used loading the truck; instead, Sylvia placed such hardship and aggravation to moving that I must write this in order for you to improve customer service by bringing her to attention that no matter what kind of day she is having it is a customer that makes her pay check possible. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we will hesitate to contact U Haul in the future should we need to rent any vehicle or use any of your services. I have always encouraged everyone to use U Haul such is the case no more. I will not recommend it again. Sincerely, Eduardo A. Canas/Cecilia Canas

GREAT customer service! This place was slammed with business, the lady in charge Merta, and the guy working with her Mike were so on top of things. BEST customer service and team work I've witnessed in a very long time. GREAT JOB! I would happily recommend this location and should I find myself in need I would contact this lady for help! THANK YOU!!

The lady working was EXCELLENT!! She carried all the load of reservations by herrself. They worked her like 2 people so I hope that paid her like 2 people. Shame on U Haul for not having 2 people dealing with reservations and on a Saturday no less. An hour wait to pick up truck and an hour wait dropping it off. Also website did not allow me to make complete reservations online as it said it would.

I was charged for blankets but didn't receive them. I had it notated on my account but when I returned the truck, I was told to try to get a refund from the location I rented from, not the one I dropped of at. So I assume a long phone call or two in my future for 10 bucks. I don't have the time.

The ladies who assisted me when I arrived to rent the cargo can were friendly and professional. The gentleman who assisted me when I returned the cargo van was friendly and professional as well. I'm sure I bypassed several UHaul locations between work and home, but this location was the ONLY one that had a cargo van available on the day and time I needed it. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

Original drop-off was at Lynwood California on Long Beach and the 105 Freeway they were very professional they worked hard to try to adjust the era they were kind courteous and tried to call me down with water and a seat they did everything they could do to please me only two find a small storage on Vermont and 110 Street who was very courteous and tried to accommodate me however it was a great great great inconvenience and I had to pay $340 for a storage return the U-Haul with extra gas wasn't compensated for that or anything very bad experience thank you

The morning staff was extra friendly and it is always a pleasure to pick up when they are present. I believe one young lady's name is Trevette and the other, I believe to be the manager, African American young lady with a short haircut. I have rented a truck approximately three times in the past two months for furnishing for my two schools that I own in the south Los Angeles area. Both times I have had the pleasure of being assisted by these two women. They ALWAYS have a smile in their faces and are extremely pleasant. The dropping off of the vehicle was a totally different experience, very disappointing. I stood outside the truck waiting for ten minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there, pregnant and very tired after moving all day. Once the gentlemen was finished assisting two customers with propane, he then acknowledged my presence and told me to go inside for help, which is something I have never had to do. After explaining to him that I have never had to go inside to be checked out, especially after waiting for 10 minutes to be assisted, he walked away and told me he would send someone out. After standing there for an additional 3 minutes, my daughter and I proceeded to walk inside to see if things would move a little faster. As we approached the door, Leticia, who was sitting behind the counter, looked up and said, "I will be right with you." She continued to sit for a few more minutes longer and then assisted a customer who came inside after we had stepped back outside. I explained to her how rude the gentleman was for leaving me outside. It would have taken all of three minutes for him to check me in. Leticia defended him saying, "He doesn't work in this department. He was only helping me out real quick with the propane." I believe that an employee is an employee and he assisted the people in front of us, who were not in his department either. It would have not hurt to take a couple of more minutes to get us checked out. Very rude...

We had problem with moving helper they never show up but they charge the money
