Carlos HThe truck had a broken passenger side mirror...and as a "first time" U-haul driver, a bit concerning as I couldn't see. The gals inside the rental place were EXCELLENT, and they did a nice job "upselling me" but that is what I get for doing this for the first time. Lesson learned. The fellow out side when I returned the truck was very attentive and courteous so overall good experience.

LEONARD GWhen employee backs the U-Haul truck out of it's spot, make sure check engine light isn't on and that there is in fact a dolly and pads inside if they had been ordered.

Christine APaperwork is horrendous. Long wait times for everyone. Then in the morning. I wondered around the several building trying to find someone I could return my hand truck to. You should put up a sign to say when you’re coming back! I waited around for 10 minutes, just to be told “you’re all set.” C’mon guys.

Marlo PFor a mobile pickup, request the license and contact information needed ahead of time. More than likely somebody will be given a ride to Uhaul. And then the other person has to sit there and wait while the license if verified. Not an efficient mobile pickup this way.
Austin BWhen I went to do forms and add credit card. When I went to sit the chair on wheels moved away from me , I fell it hurt but not too bad but 3 days later a different sceen. When to urgent had X-rays have a dislocated disc and am in pain going to another doctor to see what can be done.

Carter CMike at U-Haul on Winchester Street in Keene, NH was great. He was courteous and helpful. The equipment ran well and everything went well. From that perspective, my experience was excellent. The two issues that I had at pick up were: 1) The parking lot was so tight that I could not adequately take pictures of the truck without having to move it around several times. (Also, why couldn't this be done by U-Haul?) 2) The inside (cargo area) of the truck had not been swept out and the ramp had a lot of dried mud caked on it which required significant cleaning before I could load my furniture.

Ron JI returned the truck with the gas exactly where the gauge was on the truck. Exactly. The gauge on the paper did not reflect the gauge inside the truck. I already paid you company over $400 for the rental. Then I got an over $70 surcharge/fuel, when we returned the truck with exactly the amount in the truck. And why wasn't the truck full when we picked it up? Then returning full would have been easy. You company is disputing the amount of fuel it provided me, and the amount I returned.

DAVID MThere was a water leak in the attic part of the truck which for us caused no problem as we were hauling mostly stuff to be thrown away. However had it been someone’s belongings that would have caused an issue. I reported it and refused a report.

Thor SThere were no trucks the size I needed in my preferred location. It would have been nice to have been offered a discount on mileage to compensate for the additional expense required. Also there was only one worker at the location on a Saturday morning and it seems like there should be multiple because I arrived early for my appointment time and it took over 40 minutes to wait in line then check out. The worker was great but clearly needed another person to ensure speedier checkout.
