The manager of this facility is absolutely amazing! She is so helpful and understanding. She showed more compassion for my situation than anyone in NH. She is a blessing and the largest asset to UHaul & this facility. I deal with 4 or 5 UHauls here in NY and they are all disgusting and the employees are just as bad and allow homeless people to live in these units in NY and nothing is secure down here in broome county. Uhaul need someone like her to clean up New Yorks Uhauls.
