NATHAN HI rented a tow dolly for 2 days but only needed it for 1, I dropped it off at the facility at 10PM the same day but they did not check it in until 8:13 in the morning which they then charged me for 2 days because they didn't check in in first thing in the morning. I believe they intentionally waited to log it in for the extra charge.
CURT OWould prefer 24/7 access to my belongings. And prices were rather high. But overall not a bad facility.

MARK RWe had a great experience with storing our home belongings here. It was very easy to set up and when we needed to make last minute changes they were kind and accommodating. When we moved our stuff out, everything was accounted for and in great condition. We've used other storage unit companies in the past that flooded due to snowfall, but we didn't experience that issue here which was a relief. Highly recommend!

CARRIE RFriendly people. However, rented a dolly I didn’t get. Called to see if they’d deliver it to where I was, but got kicked to call center. They called multiple numbers but no one answered. Left a voicemail to call me but never heard from them. Rated higher than I feel because easy check in and out, but definitely need to do a better job with communication.
STEVEN BNice place. I have been here several times, and they were always helpful and prepared. This time they were very short staffed, I felt sorry for them as the 2 ladies were working very hard to get everyone waited on, apologized for the delay, got us out as soon as they could.
MICHAEL JThe hand dolly is a scam. I didn't want it or need it, but it comes anyway with the flimsy zip tie right in the way of every item I'm trying to load on the truck. Then I get charged if it breaks, even though it didn't use it. I know it is set up to be a scam, but it is still dumb. Also, gas is a scam. The truck should come full of gas and returned full of gas. I don't want to guess how many gallons to put back in. You made money on the "extra" gas I returned in the truck.

DAVID BThe lady that checked me in on a Sunday was super nice. She had 2 trucks come in before me but still got to me quick and we checked in truck and trailer. It was her birthday and not the greatest weather and people called in sick. She was very professional and quickly got me out.
TIMOTHY KThe 24/7 return process was worthless. I tried to return the trailer at about 8pm on the same night I rented it, but the store was closed. There was a sign with a QR code and instructions on how to return the trailer 24/7 but it involved downloading and installing an App. However when you install the App it was broken and I couldn't set up any kind of logon. Then of course there was no answer at the toll-free Uhaul phone #. There was a "chat" option and it said someone would respond in 1 minute. I gave up and went home after 5 minutes. I wanted to return the trailer because it was going to snow the next day and I would have to park my car on the street rather than in my garage. That could have exposed me to additional risks like slipping on ice or taking a fall, and when driving I could have had an accident, all because you wouldn't let me return the trailer when the roads were clear.

Lots of carts available, as well as all you need in the office shop! Great pricing and a fleet of trucks of all sizes for your move! Location is right off the freeway for ease and access. If you need storage, this is the place!

Valerie B | Overall ExperienceThe persons working one was really helpful but the other not so much, we had to go in twice to have them unlock our storage units the first time the kid zoomed around on his little Segway or scooter thing not being very helpful. I had reserved a 10x20 and I was unaware that it was 2 different storage units, so when I opened it I was like ummm this isn’t what I reserved, the kids had seen my reservation and didn’t tell me I had another storage unit right next to mine so I went into the office and asked what the heck and he was like oh ya you have the one next to it too and I was like okay can you unlock that one too? He was like ya give me a min, he hopped on his scooter or Segway and zoomed back to where the other storage unit was located unlocked it and zoomed away, he was just really unprofessional and rude in my opinion.

Danette M | First ImpressionsWell when renting, I was told my unit was straight back, no turns. Well, they’re doing work and I had too many turns. They aren’t ready to rent yet… not convenient rooms, and would t open the disabled access. I’m disabled. But I couldn’t use the door closest to the unit. The guy who checked me in needs to not tell people inaccurate info. However, the unit was clean and the lady checking me in tolerated my frustration very well. So great customer service except the check in on the phone.
CYNTHIA L | Online Move InShane Porter and staff were exceptionally helpful. Brand new facility was perfect. Unfortunately, I tried to store a U-Box there. But facility is not authorized to take U-Boxes yet. I was directed to another U-Haul facility. Using the other facility apparently started a conversation about user transfer of U-Box that has not yet been resolved. So excellent experience at East Overland in Meridian, Idaho. Accusatory and somewhat threatening experience elsewhere. Would appreciate a call from a representative to discuss/mediate/resolve U-Box issue.
