KIMBERLY H | First ImpressionsMy card lapsed and I forgot to update the payment method. The contract was terminated by U-Haul and I had to pay it off and get my stuff. Afterwards they continued to call and text and email me trying to charge me for continued rent. Every time I called they hung up, dismissed, or said it was taken care of. There was never a manager available.
